Dwell on what is growing instead of what is missing

Sept 2 eve
Did my evening Shoonya followed by Samyama. It took me about one hour to complete. At first I was about to end but I happen to see Sadhguru pix on my coffee table and I went in again.
These days I normally end in an hour instead of normal 45 minutes. So contented.

When we say something that does not really burn within us, it amounts to lying. It is better to shut up. Just see how many words u utter in a day - how many of them really touch a chord within u? Words are simply thrown like garbage, because u have to say something all the time. If u utter words that really touch the core, u will see that every word u utter will make u livelier  and livelier.

I believed since I was a child. I can't say what I don't mean. I recalled I used to tell my mom off for telling white lies to keep my sister happy.
Until now I can't say what I don't mean. Even when forced to, I will still keep quiet.
That's why I tot those people who 'shout' the most knew what they are really doing and I give way eventhough our view differs. Now I know people who shout the most is not gospel truth.

U r dwelling on what is missing. Ur focus should be on what is growing. Attention is nourishment; if u give attention to what is missing, u will find that more and more things are missing. And that will create a misery in u.
If u focus on what is happening to u, what is growing within u, it will grow faster. And perhaps with its growth, what is missing will not be missing anymore.

A reminder for me to focus on my deepened meditation, my experience of Stillness. A week has past since I decided not to check FB profile. At first was difficult but now I don't even check.

Yes, we need to have a plan, but if ur life goes according to ur plan, it means u have lived a poor life.
Ur life should happen in a way that u could not imagined.

Amen. My life definitely didn't turn out the way I envisage and its good, much more than I could ever imagine possible. So much liberation, so much experiences.
