Woke up fresh around 6 plus am. Decided to wake up and do Sadhana.
Did Bhuta Shuddhi followed by preparatory for Surya Kriya.
A very good one, my best Surya Kriya in all these years. Able to do slowly. The mountain pose is great cos for the first time I m able to use my shoulder and elbow to support my body. Able to lying down posture quite effortlessly due to stronger elbow joints. Bit stiff but no more pain.
I m ready for Angamardhana.
Did a quick breathing.
Did Shakti. It was awesome. First time doing a slow 7 breathe counts. Just being in the presence of my breathe.
Kapala Bhakti was bit fast.
Did slow breathing count at the end. My slowest.
In the end a deep silence settled within.
Followed by chanting of Gurur Brahma.
Did a quick preparatory for Shambavi but no time for Fluttering breathe as alarm has rang. So a quick one.
Went for my Angamardhana. I was surprise that I did good despite a 6 weeks no practice. The squatting posture was good. Even able to do jumping albeit slower.
Only the lying down posture I was rusty.
Went to lunch with V and wife. Told them of my sudden interest in Homeopathy for my retirement plan Wellness centre. They too amazed at my miraculous recovery.
V said I can do online course. Both also agree that learning Germany language will be helpful.
So idea is sound.
Now the hard work of learning.
On the promotion I m not so worried.
Guess I m resistant towards hard work, investment in education.
I used to study hard so I need not have to study. But now need to go back to the books. Not only the technical but also the language.

Well, I am definitely looking into it.
Just checked out some internet news..yes..many against Homeopathy. No wonder the doctor asked others to read his articles before coming to see him.Homeopathy doctor said it is tough battle...as there is a lack of positive communication. It took a few years for them to build their clientile and mostly only rich one can afford their medication, so the base is low.
Suddenly recalled my next 7 years card..which is all about communication.

Woke up fresh this morning around 6.11 am
Went to toilet and try to sleep back but can't seem to.
Decided to wake up before 6.30 am and do my Sadhana
Did Bhuta Shuddhi followed by Cat stretch.
My misaligned muscle/bones bit painful. Never use to bother me as the pain from RA joints was more than the misaligned muscle or perhaps back then the pain prevent me from moving my elbow properly. Now that there is no pain and when I straightened my elbow, the misaligned muscle/bone at the elbow( with me since I was around 4 years old) bit painful. This could be a part that is blocking the energy.
Want to remove this.
Did a slow cat stretch with a deeper breathing...
Yogaasaanas was good..Love the standing postures...deep into it.
The standing tree posture was effortless.
Laughing at the lifting one leg posture. Now learning to breathe in deeply and slowly for the two legs posture
Able to do lying down posture quite well.
61 points awareness meditation was quite dreamy...just so contented with my body..and lost awareness.
Breathing meditation was lovely..just go into my deep presence...feeling my inner presence..and sensing body as just a casing. Sat for a long while..didn't want ot move.
Shakti was bit fast..cos I was having slight menses and I am excited to meet up the Homeopathy doctor. Did a short Kapala Bhakti cycle but bit too fast. Still I was singing Gurur Brahma in the end.
Shambavi was nice. Feeling my inner presence in stillness.
Later singing Gurur Brahma in the end.
Went to see the doctor..
He already mixed my medicine and even gave me a free supply of sinus medication. Showed me the video which makes sense. He said while my sinus is better it hasn't' cured. Well, I admit I still got left 40% blockage. But I had live with it for so long..and with RA, this wasn't top priority especially since I don't have other sympthons.
Anyway, it is free so I just take his offer.
He also prescribed the cholesterol medication as required by my doctor. Well, 50 bucks so just take it as he himself is taking it.
Anyway, I already messaged my old friend A who had sinus problem. Maybe he will benefit from this.
He asked why I am asking for Homeopathy courses. He said he can conduct if I found others who are keen. I said I m keen to explore this as part of my retirement plan. I told him I had a vision of having a wellness centre that combines Isha hata yoga in my double story link house upper floor and ground floor is Homeopathy medication.
But I am not sure if Homeopathy is for me as I used to sleep in Biology classes in higher secondary school. I am also not sure if I am just having a flash since I was miraculously cured from RA joints pain.
The doctor told me that he and his brother were certified doctors who is near retirement. He has Phd and can easily do lecturing after retirement but thats mean he has to teach. He doesn't want that. So he spend a few hundred thousand doing Homeopathy course in Germany. Since he was a full fledged doctor he was exempted for 2 years and only did 2 and half years.
He came back nearly 8 years ago and it was not an easy start as no one believes in homeopathy. He did it not out of money..he did it because he is happy in helping others. He said he is so happy when I messaged him that my RA pain was 80% gone in a few days.
I told him i m also not doing this for money. I just turned down a big corporate job..I want to find something that fit with my life style of yoga and wellness seems to be it.
I also shared about my visit to the 6 star resorts, the owner who wanted to have a wellness sanctuary and the construction/fishing/fruit trees caretaker.
It is all about passion to do whatever needed in the change of career.
I am not sure if I am really passionate.
He said this journey is not easy...because not many believed in homeopathy.
I said I am promoter and I know I can easily promote Homeopathy as I am cured from it.
My issue is now to gather the knowledge.
He said I can start to learn at the side..and to sell Homeopathy medicine as I can get the supply from him. I said I want to have the proper knowledge and I am willing to invest time to learn.
He said i can learn from single remedy and then further expand.
Yes, I told him thats my tot too..to start from RA and then Osteoarthritis and later Ezcema

Yesterday again receive offer to join the ex-company. The one I quit as I couldn't handle the work pressure and long hours and domineering boss.
For a moment, I tot I may accept the offer due to me wanting more money.
Tot of working for a few years so can pay off my condo loan commitment.
Drove back and when I reached home, I knew that I am not happy if I go.
I m only considering due to fear of financial security,
I just sit with the Devi, listening to Sadhguru chant and transported to Devi's temple.
Had a good sleep, woke up before alarm around 4 plus.
When I woke up I knew that I want to make my decision on being happy, not ruled by fear.
I want money and Devi will bring me new ways to make money.
So will tell my boss that I won't be going for the potential offer.
Did Bhuta Shuddi followed by cat stretch.
My right elbow is bit painful due to the 'odd muscle growth'. All these years I tot it was due to the wrongly joint of ulna and radius but Homeopathy doctor said it is due to abnormal growth. He said I m lucky that I can move my hand normally.
Yogaasanas was quite good. Laughing during the one leg lifting up. On the two legs, managed to breathe longer. As for the rest, I didn't hold up too well.
Plough back is very good
61 points awareness meditation..was bit off..can't focus..just feel good.
Breathing meditation was something else. I was aware of my inner presence. I felt my body was a casing. The presence is ground.
Shakti was good...but bit fast on Kapala Bhakti.

Shambavi is quite okay.
Just feeling the silence presence within.
So glad that I read the age 49 to 55.
I am ready to leave my fear of financial security.

Yesterday again receive offer to join the ex-company. The one I quit as I couldn't handle the work pressure and long hours and domineering boss.
For a moment, I tot I may accept the offer due to me wanting more money.
Tot of working for a few years so can pay off my condo loan commitment.
Drove back and when I reached home, I knew that I am not happy if I go.
I m only considering due to fear of financial security,
I just sit with the Devi, listening to Sadhguru chant and transported to Devi's temple.
Had a good sleep, woke up before alarm around 4 plus.
When I woke up I knew that I want to make my decision on being happy, not ruled by fear.
I want money and Devi will bring me new ways to make money.
So will tell my boss that I won't be going for the potential offer.

Sadhguru - sadhana is to provoke your energies

Bit disappointed that Y doesn't allow his brass Sannidhi to be borrowed. He said can only removed during house shift. Then must do the full moon Pooja. I recalled Ashram said it is good to have Pooja on those days but not mandatory. Also he was the one that said Sannidhi not good to be shared. For me, Sannidhi is also a tool.
I m so glad I decided not to be attached to my Sannidhi. After yesterday Pooja I knew that Sadhguru will be with me wherever I am. My experience of Sathsang becoming more awesome after Sannidhi. My aim is to be a consecrated body myself.
So seeing Y so attached to Sannidhi makes me glad that I made decisions to go to local Guru purnima.

Since you are not able to do it by yourself, just activate creation itself in a certain way. If it begins to move, it settles everything. It is like a flood; your centuries-old world is wiped away in only a few hours of fury. So your sadhana is not about getting somewhere. It is just a way, a method to unleash a flood so enormous that it wipes away your petty creations and leaves you as the Creator intended you to be.”
