Father, I want to change my belief of romantic relationship. I know it to be a karma under Queen of Diamond. But I am ready to face it.
Father, one thing that strikes me is that I took other people happiness as a personal issue to me. Why?? Especially when I think that the other person has less good attribute than me and yet can find someone. That to me means that despite my good attributes, something about me is not lovable.
Father, I want some answers.

Just received a call from an old friend, whom I have not met for 25 years. My Destiny via 7thunder

Father, D, an acquaintance I knew many years ago reply back my sms. I now recalled that I was envious of her and her British beau. She is now in UK and I am happy for her.
Just now saw the papers on actress R re-marrying and I like the husband, looks mature and intelligent and handsome. Feeling of envious came in. I then stopped and said m happy for her as she got 2nd chance.
I used to project my bad feeling on them and used Deflation mode. Father, at least I now acknowledge my feeling of envious.
Envious is feeling of lack in me. Actually why am I taking it personally. Why does their happiness reflect on my lack of happiness. Why take it personally? Why does they have, means automatically is becos I cannot have.
I have been on a feeling of lack.

Challenges cultivate Intelligence

Father, did my shoonya. I am so contented and happy. Tomorrow I will join for volunteer, right elbow is painful becos too much of computing work.
Anyway, pain is to make me remember to participate in life.
Today, I put a msg into RA association facebook. Will see. Even if no takers, at least I have courage to share. Just remember the fixed 80% loss and extrapolating 20% wins.

Why do I get edgy when people are 'greedy' or asked for things which they shouldn't have. ??
Answer came; its because I want to be liked. I don't want to say no unnecessarily. So, if they don't ask for things that they shouldn't, then I don't have to say no.
Such a paradox, I tot I had no problem with saying No. Guess, it should be I can say No but I don't like to say it because it affect my likeability or popularity. I have no control over what they think is their entitlement. What I can manage is my need to be liked.
Suddenly I remember about D, many years ago. She tot I was an author. Well, finally I am an author. Anyway, just text her, maybe number also gone as I recall she married a British guy and may have migrated.
Father, no reply from E. Previously I would be affected but now m not. I have come a long way. I can finally see the transformation.

The man who is simple knows nothing about tomorrow. He is not going to act out of his past. He will respond out of his present awareness. The simple person has no "character". He is neither good nor bad, but he has a beauty which no good people, no bad people can ever have. And the good and the bad are not very different; they are aspects of the same coin. My parents prescribed freedom to us at the very young age, we were given so much freedom for food, kindergarden, school, exam marks, curfew time on party and etc. We always have to decide for ourselves on what we want.
I used to be envious of others becos they r guided and make less mistake, likeable by adults. Me, always have to strike out on my own, got into trouble with outsiders a few times on the Do's and Don'ts.
With mom, whenever there is a foul up, she will just look at me and asked if that is my choice. If it is, she will accept it. And this even from primary school..Can you beat that???
So, now reading Osho and also looking at my life, I realised that I have been given a good foundation for me to fulfill my destiny as a Transformational leader.
Last week meetup with all the old friends from school. I know my 'intelligence' is greater than all of them and I have made a success of myself. I look great as most of them grow older, with aunty look. Those whose are single, looks haggard, like energy been dispelled.

We simply drop the child's growth of intelligence; we supply the right answer. Just think; The whole process is that the child is never allowed to find answer himself. We give him the answer. When the answer is given from the outside, intelligence need not grow, because intelligence only grows when it has to find the answer itself.

Alas, envious feeling for friends are gone. Now I know truly what the Outsider card meant. Alas, the door is open and I am out. Amen.

Father, m feeling contented. Jus did shoonya, I was so happy. Keep feeling love for myself.

Simplicity is to live without ideals. Ideals create complexity; ideals create division in u and hence complexity. The moment u r interested in becoming somebody else u become complex. To be contented with urself as u r is simplicity. The future brings complexity; when u r utterly in the present u r simple.

Exactly. I always tell others I am simple, more becos of I don't have much needs.

Simplicity means just to be urself, whosoever u r, in tremendous acceptance, with no goal, with no ideal.
It need guts to be simple. It need guts because u will be in constant rebellion with society.

When u go into a crowd, u feel u tired, weary, exhausted, u need rest. You certainly lose something becos crowd consists of black holes. And the more unintelligent the crowd is, the more of a mob it is, the more u will feel exhausted.

Exactly. I also feel that way with CeO. But nowadays less so becos she is doing taichi.
That's when when u r alone, sitting silently, just alone - one becomes replenished, rejunevated. That's why meditation makes u younger, makes u livelier. You start sharing something with existence. Your energy is frozen no more, it starts flowing. You are in a kind of dance, as stars are. A song arises in u.

No wonder, I always sing towards the end of practice.

In crowd, u always lose. In meditation u always gain energy. In meditation, u become simple. The future and past is no more ur concern, u r just being herenow.
When u r utterly possessed by this moment, u will feel rejunevated because the split disappears. U r one in that moment, integrated; u r all together.

I am transforming (6)

Father, this is spring time of my life.
This morning, I woke up feeling bit tired, left hand has bit of pain and asked do I need to do practice. There are 3 people sleeping in my room. This is hard work. Then a tot came, this is my choice and it comes with hard work.
With that, I woke up and start practice. My left hand was in pain and so I couldn't use it for suria. Surprisingly, my upper torso did it n with little pain. So, it was done effortlessly for 6 cycles without using hand to support my torso. On the 7th cycle, I start to use my hand. Everything happens effortlessly.
I had a tot that since I can spend 2 hours daily to watch tv, I can use the time for my website. I tot of my twitter, wanted to twit "when u r willing, life is effortless". Then a tot came, this is Sadhguru. A counter tot came, it not Sadhguru, lots of people talked about it. I m sharing becos it is my truth.

Our whole education system is geared to repetition. If a child can repeat better than others, then he is thought to be more intelligent. Infact, he only has a better memory, not better intelligence. It almost always happens that the man with a very good memory may not have very good intelligence and vice versa. Albert Einstein didn't have a very good memory. Newton, Edison, and so many more great inventors were really very forgetful of things.

Since childhood, I tot I was not smart. I am generally absent minded, losing things, forgetting to pack school books. My brother and sis have photographic memory. In college, I scored better than others when the question requires thinking mode and not repetition. Years later, I decided that our brain wave operates differently. I may not have quick answer but I have deep answer. And now its finally confirming I m intelligent.
(21 Jan - such irony that I was seeking for smart partner to keep me safe, to protect me. And it was so difficult to find smarter guy than me. Those who are mentally smart..are bit unbalanced emotionally or physically and hence no go for me. Alas, I need not seek intelligence anymore, I already have it and I can keep myself safe.)

The mind has not to be thrown out, the mind has to be put in its place. It is a beautiful servant but a very ugly master. Take the reins in ur hands, be the master and the first act, the first step is to become detached from the mind. See that it is not u, create the distance; the greater the distance, the greater the ability to switch if off.
Mind is a blessing with meditation, otherwise it is a curse. Add meditation to ur being and the curse disappears, and the curse itself becomes the blessing; it is a blessing in disguise.

That's why I persevere eventhough many times I wanted to reduce practices.

Father, this is spring time of my life.
This morning, I woke up feeling bit tired, left hand has bit of pain and asked do I need to do practice. There are 3 people sleeping in my room. This is hard work. Then a tot came, this is my choice and it comes with hard work.
With that, I woke up and start practice. My left hand was in pain and so I couldn't use it for suria. Surprisingly, my upper torso did it n with little pain. So, it was done effortlessly for 6 cycles without using hand to support my torso. On the 7th cycle, I start to use my hand. Everything happens effortlessly.
I had a tot that since I can spend 2 hours daily to watch tv, I can use the time for my website. I tot of my twitter, wanted to twit "when u r willing, life is effortless". Then a tot came, this is Sadhguru. A counter tot came, it not Sadhguru, lots of people talked about it. I m sharing becos it is my truth.

Our whole education system is geared to repetition. If a child can repeat better than others, then he is thought to be more intelligent. Infact, he only has a better memory, not better intelligence. It almost always happens that the man with a very good memory may not have very good intelligence and vice versa. Albert Einstein didn't have a very good memory. Newton, Edison, and so many more great inventors were really very forgetful of things.
