Mmm, got Polaroid already. Its only 300. Only thing is I know now mine is internal n not get it outside. Pix I wld take wld be a group of people sharing quality time together.

Since I got Polaroid, I may get KJ too. Now I want a LCD TV. I enjoy playing those computer games.

Now that I hav voiced out m exploring my Passion. I seem to receive so many affirmation, even from people who doesn't know my passion to be a Transformational leader.
I realise m excellent on one to one, but wit large group of diverse people, m not sure. But m learning from CEO.

I hav been getting the Miser card recently - cos I don't wan to share. I m ok wit one to one, but general public. M afraid n part of me said I m already leader at work, don't want to pressure myself again n lead. Of cos, tot of Sadhguru, we r mothers to everyone. Then a tot came, I m a queen diamond - which is by nature motherly.
Another tot came in. When I quit my job in corporate, m a leader in transforming people. So, no added role. Jus a shift in role.

Giving - to loosen my grip and feel the freedom and expansiveness sharing can bring.

And coincidentally, yday reading on Secret of ages - using our talents, don't waste it. Using it wil give us profits. Its ok to start small.

The 5 love language
Keep the love tank full for ur children will results in less misbehaviour.
When ur child does misbehave and discipline is necessary, parents wil profit by making sure the love tank is full before giving the discipline.
The chold who receive discipline while the love tank is empty will almost certainly rebel against the discipline.
A child rebels not against the discipline but against the manner in which the discipline is rendered. The child will feel rejected rather than loved.

Soul
Misbehaviour is actually suppressed anger or seek attention. Tot of CEO n PA, perhaps that's why they misbehave.
I wonder, my siblings n I seldom misbehave. Perhaps our love tank is full.

Soul - again tot of offering service to people whereby they tell me their issue, ask for solution/guidance. I will source for the solution.
Also tot Chris can do that too. Perhaps she n I can join force n created such a web service n we need not even be physically together.
Me provide the spiritual, philosophy, psychological n corporate guide.
She provide the astrology, fungshui guide.

There is a wealth of knowledge n wisdom in this world. People either no time to find, don't know how to find, cannot find (jus like people cannot find the things they need in a warehouse sales).
Both Chris and I r intuitive. Chris is intuitive on the external and me on the internal.
We may not be specialist n won't be able to provide detailed solution. But we can provide the direction, overview n d place they can go if they need specialist advice. We can then get all this specialist as our panel - they can advertise thru us.
We do the filtering n recommend d specialist.
If the client is intuitive, analytical enough, our guide is enough for them to solve their issue.
If the client's issue is very serious n requires more in-depth help, we recoomend specialist.
Besides most people jus wan the base info for them to explore as they still not sure. And going to specialist is expensive n overwhelming n cause uncertainty.
So, we get our revenue from the Panel of specialist and from clients.
Client - m thinking to reach broad level by giving the same amt for different currency.
This will increase my base.
Jus like healthy, wealth n wise - they charge USD40. It is ok for US people.But too expensive for us

I have always said I can help the Ok people, slight issue people, but serious I can't.
Can others people compete. Yea, they can create. But they won't be as great as me n Chris. Cos we r both insightful, powerful and get satisfaction from helping and its our destiny. Me to lead/nspire and Chris to serve.

There is tons of 'physical/material' services, but there is no 'non-physical' services.

We can start this biz even while working.
Marketing it, we have my friend.
As a reminder, don't "sell' like what healthy wise is doing. Very off-putting. Let people come.
To get the thing running, Chris can do it.
I provide the creative strategy.
For writing, my old friend can do the edit.

We can ask for 1 week turnaround time as we need to do analysis, review before we release guide.
We can ask for 50 percent upfront billing and 50 percent upon completion.
We can even offer upside n downside billing
- If answer resonate - pays the full 50 percent
- if answer don't - pay 25 percent

We can even create a clientele base that can have discount n introducer credit. Cos inner journey is neverending.
Chris n I can catch up to be even better by learning from our Specialist. And once we r more established we can provide face to face counselling.

The std route of counselling, exec coach - is too small for me.
I m greater than that. For me to start there is too low.
Isha teachers not for me. I can create my own programme in my own right.
Sathsang - for me to share. No wonder m not excited abt it. I don't really hav passion for it since it is regimented. If they tell me to lead sathsang, I hav my own programme.

I can have my current job n now negotiate for 4 days. That 52 days off. There is no Annual leave.
Any additional days off, I wil have to pay or set off against my 52 days as there is 52 weeks in one year.
If I divide gross pay by 26 days n compared wit my 10 pay cut - 3 days a mth.
1 year - 36. days
Annual leave - 18 days
Total - 54 days.

Within 2 years, see if can reduce my workin days to 3 days.
Its ok for my profile to be workin cos then I can still relate to people's issue in the office environment - main clientele.

This is a great plan. A good biz idea too. I may not be a guru but I am already a Coach on one to one basis and now I wan to go out to the public all over the world.
