Yesterday Sanndhi pooja was so sweet.
When the pooja song started, I just sat in silence...savouring the sweet energy.
Looks like the Moola mantra cleanse up the space.
At night again I switched on the Moola mantra and sat with shrine throughout the cd. It was so nice...even my itchiness evaporated.
Yes, every night when I go to my room either to shower or with air conditioner, skin will be itchy. It has been so for the past few months. The chinese medical doc said my skin is sensitive to cold due to my weak heart. Hopefully this will be addressed in the medication he gave me.
Today woke up, my joints still painful but not as bad as yesterday since I had some tumeric honey yesterday night.
Recalled my normal habit of jumping out of bed upon alarm. Now I have to slowly get up and slowly sit down on the bed and then slowly stand up. Sad...
Now on regular neem and tumeric before Sadhana..must have now with my RA issue.
Did Bhuta Shuddi, being aware of energy flowing throughout my joints. Followed by cat stretch...quite bearable.
Yogasanas was just okay. But the lying posture with both hands and legs up was good.
Able to do Plough back (queen of asanas) quite effortlessly.
Did Breathing meditation it was good...sweet...must be the Moola mantra.
I suddenly cried..I cried to Sadhguru..I only wanted to do Sadhana..only sadhana i can forego swimming and walking in the park..but sadhana is a must.
I really want to do my Surya Kriya and Angamardhana...especially since steriods side effect of weight gain.
Then with my legs straigthened, both my knee start to shake....energy going through them. I felt a loosening near the joints areas.
Shakti was good...I only did 3 cycles of Kapala Bhakti....Towards the end automatic chanting Asatoma. And I was able to lift myself up to do the resting posture with a little pain. So definitely improvement.
Shambavi was good..towards the end suddenly crying..again crying to Sadhguru that I just wanted to do sadhana only. Others thing not important to me. Sadhana most important to me.
Sadhana has ended..and my knee is better. hope it keeps up.

Google about Ginger,consume as pills after food.
ReplyDeleteEat turmeric with neem every morning and do ur sadhana after that.
Keep urself focused on Shambhavi(she will yield if u continue ur sadhana with utmost devotion, a day will come where you can touch chitta then RA will go puff)
Do upayoga- for health. It will strengthen joints.
Attend Isha joints rejuvenation program.
Keep on!!!, I would like to see u soon writing in absolute blissfulness.

ReplyDeleteI have recently acquired new pain I cannot use my thumb. Dr's say it is the onset of osteoarthritis I beg to differ I want to use my thumb and palm to its fullest. Please can you help
