Rheumatism
Causes
The chief cause of rheumatism is the poisoning of the blood with acid wastes, which results from
imperfect elimination and lowered vitality.
Meat,
white bread, sugar, and refined cereals, to which modern man is most
addicted, leave a large residue of acid toxic wastes in the system.
These acid wastes are not neutralised due to absence of sufficient quantities of alkaline mineral
salts in the foods eaten. This upsets the acid-alkaline balance in the body and produces the
condition described as acidosis.
When there is abundant vitality, excess acids are ejected almost before they reach any
appreciable concentration in one or the other of the acute cleansing efforts such as colds and
fevers.
When the vitality is low, the acid wastes are concentrated around the joints and bony
structure, where they form the basis of rheumatism. The reason why large quantities of acid
wastes piling up in the system are attracted towards body structure for storage is that lime,
which is the most prominent constituent of the bony structure, is an alkaline substance. In certain
cases, infection from the teeth, tonsils and gall bladder may produce rheumatism. The disease is
aggravated by exposure to cold water.
Truly right card today in Saturn.
My Daily Card
The Six of Diamonds
Whenever this powerful stabilizing influence is present in your cards you can bet there will be some sort of settling of accounts. Though this usually takes the form of financial debts being paid or repaid, it can manifest in payments of other forms of 'value'. The Six of Diamonds will also encourage you to make compromises where money is concerned and to take full responsibility for all your debts and actions that involve exchange of value.
Soul
Guess it is time.
In terms of value.
I used to put Food as number one...and now Sadhana is number one.
Time for all values to be settled.
Today card shows that I am meant for change of diet.
Osho tarot card of is so true.
2. Internal influences that you are unaware
Thunderbolt
The card shows a tower being burned, destroyed, blown apart. A man and a woman are leaping from it not because they want to, but because they have no choice. In the background is a transparent, meditating figure representing the witnessing consciousness.
You might be feeling pretty shaky right now, as if the earth is rocking beneath your feet. Your sense of security is being challenged, and the natural tendency is to try to hold on to whatever you can. But this inner earthquake is both necessary and tremendously important - if you allow it, you will emerge from the wreckage stronger and more available for new experiences.
After the fire, the earth is replenished; after the storm the air is clear. Try to watch the destruction with detachment, almost as if it were happening to somebody else. Say yes to the process by meeting it halfway.
3. External influences that you are aware
Beyond Influences
The butterfly in this card represents the outer, that which is constantly moving and that which is not real but an illusion. Behind the butterfly is the face of consciousness, looking inward to that which is eternal. The space between the two eyes has opened, revealing the lotus of spiritual unfoldment and the rising sun of awareness.
Through the rising of the inner sun, meditation is born. The card reminds us not to look outside for what is real, but to look within. When we focus on externals, we too often get caught up in judgments - this is good, this is bad, I want this, I don't want that. These judgments keep us trapped in our illusions, our sleepiness, our old habits and patterns.
Drop your opinionated mind and move inside. There, you can relax into your own deepest truth, where the difference between dreams and reality is already known
Soul
Suddenly I recalled Sadhguru's words on spiritual path. Once you decided you follow irrespective of price to pay.
I have pesevered in this Isha path cos I valued the peace, joy and love that I found inside me.
And now next one is my health...it is deteriorating.
Instead of thinking I am being punished..it is me now ready to be healthy.
8 years ago it was my career..it was number one and now become no. 3.
and now it is for my food...it was number one and now number 2...
So...I now put health as number 1 cos without health I can do my Sadhana...Sadhana more important than food. Sadhana gives me joy and peace..food cannot..food only gives me indigestion or rather more acidic waste.
It is a tall order..I used to say change of diet I become enlightened...I did it with meat...it will happen with Sadhguru's grace.
4. Whats needed for resolution?
Innocence
Zen says that if you drop knowledge - and within knowledge everything is included; your name, your identity, everything, because this has been given to you by others - if you drop all that has been given by others, you will have a totally different quality to your being: innocence. This will be a crucifixion of the persona, the personality, and there will be a resurrection of your innocence. You will become a child again, reborn
The innocence that comes from a deep experience of life is childlike, but not childish. The innocence of children is beautiful, but ignorant. It will be replaced by mistrust and doubt as the child grows and learns that the world can be a dangerous and threatening place. But the innocence of a life lived fully has a quality of wisdom and acceptance of the ever-changing wonder of life.
Soul
Yes..food of the senses is everyone value....and it used to be mine too.
I have started with meat...it is time for the rest.
I overcome my first Cosmic Seven of Spades with Z and now my second Cosmic on health
My deteriorating health is a suffering in blessing.
5. Resolution
Receptivity
Listening is one of the basic secrets of entering into the temple of God. Listening means passivity. Listening means forgetting yourself completely - only then can you listen.
When you listen attentively to somebody, you forget yourself. If you cannot forget yourself, you never listen. If you are too self-conscious about yourself, you simply pretend that you are listening - you don't listen. You may nod your head; you may sometimes say yes and no, but you are not listening.
When you listen, you become just a passage, a passivity, a receptivity, a womb: you become feminine. And to arrive one has to become feminine. You cannot reach God as aggressive invaders, conquerors. You can reach God only...or it will be better to say God can reach you only when you are receptive, a feminine receptivity. When you become yin, a receptivity, the door is open - and you wait. Listening is the art for becoming passive.
