In pain but Isha yoga sadhana still on

May 27
Woke up just before alarm. Nose all blocked.

Did Bhuta Shuddhi followed by Surya Kriya preparatory steps.
Did Surya Kriya, feet alignment was good but left shoulder pain was too much so I cannot do the lying down posture.
61 points awareness meditation is good.

Yogaasanas not so flexible as spine still feel stretched when I bend forward, so I didn't stretch it. Those posture relating to lifting up legs was good..My legs feel light.
The second 61 points awareness meditation was good too.

Breathing was nice but a short one cos I need to go out early.

Shakti was good doing slow Kapala Bhakti. First time need not take rest with the slow Kapala Bhakti. I was singing
