Today finally loan disbursed to Condo owner. My loan commitment starts today.  Payment to be made on Jul 3..The Results of Two of Diamonds in 2014/15 really true.

Finally got my neem and tumeric up in my room. Will have it before sadhana.

Exercise and meditation is key. Calcium and Vitamin D also.

Fish oil
Fish oil can ease pain and inflammation in people with rheumatoid arthritis. Fish-oil capsules may, in fact, be as effective for relieving pain and inflammation as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (like ibuprofen and naproxen), according to Dr. Kolasinski.

But there's no strong evidence that other dietary supplements or herbs, such as glucosamine or evening primrose oil, have any benefit in RA patients. “The herbals are really not where it’s at,” Dr. Kolasinski says.
Several studies have shown that fish oil supplements may help reduce morning stiffness with RA. Omega-3s curb inflammation and help protect against heart disease. That’s good for people with RA, who are more likely than other people to get heart disease. Fish oil appears to be safe when used appropriately. Don’t get more than 3 grams per day because of the risk of bleeding.

Vegetarian/Vegan
Several European trials have examined the efficacy of vegan (no animal products at all) or vegetarian (includes eggs and dairy) diets for RA patients, sometimes following a period of fasting.  These trials have shown some benefits, including less inflammation, lower disease activity, reduced pain and stiffness.  These diets are not always well-tolerated, however, resulting in a high drop-out rate (13).

So thankful to Isha sadhana, that I drop meat. Now only on seafood.
But alas not on vegetables.
When I am in my condo, will start on salad.

Yoga
Two trials have shown significant improvements in grip strength for yoga as compared to non-active controls (24;25).  Unfortunately, broader outcomes were not assessed.  A more comprehensive RCT is currently underway, and has only assessed preliminary data for changes in quality of life (QOL) and tender/swollen joints (26).  Improvements were seen in a variety of QOL areas, as well as both joint measures.  A full examination of these data will be important for helping to determine the efficacy of yoga for this population.

I m off red and white meat. But not ready for vegan. Definitely not ready for off sugar.
Just now had decaf coffee. Stomach didn't like it. Can feel the churn of acidity in stomach. It was about one and half hour before Sannidhi Pooja. I tot it be a poor session but surprisingly I was still receptive. It was quite good. During guru song I was mostly sitting still just imbibing the energy. During Brahmanda immediately the other voices come in.  In the end just savour the energy.
Today got my Linga Mercury pendant. I can feel her. When I wore it I feel a sense of grounding. I feel she calms me down.
Many messages in the volunteer group chat. The old me would have reacted. Firstly wondering why they are so enthusiastic, then trying to go into it to be part of the group. Then do it and promote well. Received validation. Then later  can't come out then I feel resentment. So when I left the core team I request not to be in mailing List cos I can't stop myself.
Now I can. So many messages. I just can let them be. It doesn't stir me into action.
Soddenly it occurred to me that being in a group is like in a rship. In order to maintain the rship I tot I had to comply to fit in. So I changed myself but then I feel resentment.
Now learning I can be in a group rship without disregarding my personal needs. Then I can be in the group rship happily. Cos ultimately I myself need to be happy alone.
Such a long process but finally got North node in 11th house. Amen.
