Woke up around 3 plus. Body is okay. Slept back and wake up 4.30 am upon alarm. Body fine, stiffness has reduced since taking the steroids yesterday.

Did Bhuta Shuddhi followed by cat stretch.
Did Angamardhana without jumping posture. It was good. Singing during warrior sitting pose.
During the Dhynna, it was such blissful contentment. Just feels so good. Can't open my eyes so stay longer.
Did one cycle Surya Kriya. Elbow pain less but alignment not great. Forgot to do preparatory steps.
Decided that since Tue evening got Angamardhana class, Tue morning for 6 cycle of Surya Kriya. I missed it. Also it be good for my elbow.
61 point awareness wasn't great. While able to be aware for first two cycle. Third cycle went into dream.
Did a short breathing Meditation.
Shakti was quite okay. Able to maintain slow Kapala Bhakti on first and second cycle. Singing in the end.
Did a quick Shambavi cos not much time. Had a good time sitting at the end. Silent contentment.

Just did lunch. Lovely berry cake. Couldn't finish cos big piece. Also recalled that sugar cause inflammation. So may be time to reduce.
Feel better.
Can feel missing someone since yesterday. Just feel Lonely. This morning even have tot of Z. Wishing for the past. But he is not what I want.
Perhaps This RA makes me feel I need someone. Why this sudden feeling of needing someone. Perhaps cos all my close Isha friends have already grown and we now have different path. They no longer need our group. Or maybe they found their group. Alas I can't be in the group. So With news of RA and loss of my Isha group.

Suddenly recalled my Neptune. My dream for soul mate.
