Dismantling my 20 years habit of leisure breakfast

These few days due to tiredness I skip my leisure morning breakfast and reading time.

Woke up at 4.50 am. Both mind and body okay cos sat with Sannidhi.
Did Bhuta Shudhhi with sitting in arashidharna with pressing muladhara. It's true u find that I m less prone to go to toilet.
Angamardhana was good. Though not so flexible. Can sit in hero posture without cushion; there were no pain.
Forgot to do preparatory steps for Surya Kriya. Try to do Surya Kriya but can't cos elbow can't support. So skip it. Try to do 61 points awareness meditation but somehow lost.
Shakti was good. Quite focused on Kapala Bhakti. Not much pain on legs. In the end I was singing.
Shambavi was good with sitting in proper arashidharna with pressure on muladhara. My back straight. Didn't think of bending forward.

So not much writing and no reading. Sadhana is more important than my leisure breakfast.
