Woke up before 4 am due to heat. Switch Aircond and glad can sleep later till 5 am. Woke up upon alarm but I decided to sleep later till 6 am. Finally woke up at 6 am.
Did Bhuta Shuddhi followed by a long cat stretch despite the pain in the wrist. Angamardhana was good. Surprisingly singing during the Dhyna period. Normally just breathing.
Finally did Surya Kriya. Alignment not great cos pain on right wrist and elbow.But able to do lying down posture.
61 points awareness meditation was much better than usual.
Did Breathing meditation. Quite nice.
Shakti was not great cos disturbed with tots on office matters. In the end I ended the session earlier.
Shambavi was good despite abridged version.
