Woke up immediately upon alarm. Body is good cos sat with shrine for 10 minutes yesterday. It cleared the mind for sleep.
Did Bhuta Shuddhi followed by long cat stretch, right elbow is bit painful.
Angamardhana was good but not so flexible. Hero posture with slight pressure on left knee.
Spent long time at Dhynna
Did one cycle of Surya Kriya, alignment is out cos right elbow is painful. Can't bend properly for lying down too.
Breathing meditation is good, spent longer.
Shakti is good too. Only lost track in third cycle of Kapala Bhakti. But left foot feel stretched. At first I tot not explosive but suddenly body start to sing and then dance. It went on for quite some time.
Shambavi is good. But no time to sit in silence as alarm start to rang. I just sat there ignoring the alarm; savouring my silent contentment. Finally done at 7.08 am.
Today adjusted alarm to 3.35 am.
The secrets of yoga
One path; u leave all to God - but all, total. Then u are not responsible. But remember, it has to be total; it is a total sacrifice, surrender, submission. Then if u do good, God is the doer; if u do bad, of course God is the doer.
Remember the totality. The totality will transform u.
Another path, u are responsible - total responsibility.
Both these two contradictions are joined together in the concept of totality. Both demand totality.
Really, totality work; whether u surrender everything to God or u take the whole responsibility on ur shoulders does not matter. That which is significant is that u are total. So whatever u do, be total and that will become ur liberation. To be total is to be liberated.

Mmm. Both also difficult for me.
