Yes..crisis...I am now in industry that have crisis nearly every other day...business up and down...alas perhaps pondering whether I should be in a stable business out outsourcing....and in a way sister company is outsourcing..it was good for me except for former boss who keeps on changing things...I just want to be in an orderly environment..don't want too much changes..Not only my body can't take it..I want time for my sadhana and my writing...both heals me of my karmic past of wanting to merge with a partner.
