Today woke up at 5.30 am. Body was okay but in the bathroom I sat a bit. Still but groggy. The more I rest the more mind becomes active. Ignored its tot of not doing Anga.
Did Bhuta Shuddhi followed by Cat Stretch. Angamardhana was quite tiring. Flexibility was okay. Hero posture was good. Today at the end took out the cloth mat and able to sit comfortably. Dhynna was good.
Surya kriya was okay. Finally able to do lying down posture. 61 points awareness meditation was good.
Shakti was just okay. Feet bit painful and lost focused.
Couldn't do Shambavi cos alarm has rang.
Breathing meditation was lovely.
