Woke up from pain on left shoulder cos carrying my lap top for more than half hour.
Quite bad...get up and saw clock is only 5.50 am..try to sleep back but can't cos phone is also spoilt, not sure if alarm is working.
Went for a walk..slow with a stiff shoulder..bit imbalanced.
Just walk for 2 cycle, no staircase today.

In a way, blessing in disguise...as this shows me that I can't volunteer for BSP.
Actually not sure how I survived for Kailash..a miracle..

Today got Sathsang ...looking forward to it
