Woke up at 3.35 am; body okay but mind nope. Today was my usual off day so reluctant to wake up. Switch on Aircond and try to sleep. But alas didn't go onto deep sleep. Just a slight slumber but okay waking up at the second alarm at 4.35 am.
Did Bhuta Shuddhi followed by Surya Kriya preparatory steps. Cat stretch was good, went into meditative zone. One cycle of Surya kriya was good. 61 point awareness meditation is good. Did a short breathing meditation cos took longer in cat stretch.
Shakti was good. Focused Kapala Bhakti.
Shambavi nice. Sat longer in silent period cos forgot that 7.05 alarm is off. Done by 7.12 am.
Just feeling fulfilled and contented after the practice. Grateful to Sadhguru for creating the tools.
I recalled I told An that I m focused on yoga for health due to RA. It keeps me going during my down mode. But what keeps me going is the also fulfillment and contentment of being alone. The old fear of always needing validation has reduced load since I do my sadhana.

Just sitting with my shrine. Reading Osho. Tot of Y came in. But it didn't stay. Tot of me alone came in but no longer any sadness. I accepted my path of aloneness. I accepted everyone is different.
