Woke up okay at 3.37 am.
Did Bhuta Shuddhi.
My cat stretch corrected again I had put my legs one inch too behind. So brought it forward and now knees able to get closer to forehead and my top shoulder can feel the stretch, releasing tension.
Angamardhana was good. More fit and flexible. Nearly forgot about Hero posture. Did it, felt good and even took out the small cushion and I was fine. No pain.
Surya Kriya good too albeit some pain on right elbow so can't do long mountain pose.
61 point awareness meditation was not okay. Mind started to wander and I doze off. So took much longer.
Not time for Breathing meditation. Just did 10 min.
Shakti was not so okay. Office matters occupying my mind. So couldn't focus on Kapala Bhakti.
Shambavi was good. Just sat in contented silence in the end.
Haven't been sitting with the shrine the past two weeks. Partly cos watching TV drama till 10.15 pm and I wanted to do Osho reading. So by the tlme I m done, it's after 10.30 pm. So adjourned to bed. Must get back to my routine of coming to room at 9.30 pm. So time for both.
Wore my Rudraskh and had Shambo chanting on my drive to work. Having Rudraskh calms me. A reminder I m on the path.
