Father, not a good session. I don't like FM's behaviour. They way she write off by saying that S have stories. In actual fact, her team did not do their job properly.
Then I got pissed off and tot if I let her be FC, I will still be busy. She takes no interest in anything outside Finance. At first I tot its only issue with S but then I realised she has no HR experience. She has not displayed any interest being a generalist.
Like I told her that day, its either a new person below her or a new person above her.
Anyway, she seems ruffled today and yesterday. But I guess I also haven't been counseling her. I avoided it. I did tell her during appraisal but I don't see an improvement per se.

Our values pertain to ways of behaving or desirable goals, they also guide selection and evaluation of people and events.
The image we have of ourselves is, to a major extent, based on our values.
