Breaking thru - change of job

Father, today Suria was effortless. My body was so agile and I was laughing from first cycle. Did shakti and shambavi. There was some distraction of tots for Z and bathroom renovation but it was still fine. I was alert throughout and no dozing off despite sleeping around 12 pm yesterday. So, now I will put alarm at 4 am, 15 min later.

When I woke up I tot of taking up E's offer and it was fine. Tot of Sadhguru's message that we r here to experience life, we r not here to avoid life.

I am taking this because of the SOW, not because of more money. But I will be adequately rewarded. I will ask for more money

1. The issue
Comparison.
When u don't compare, all inferiority, all superiority, disappears. Then u r, u r simply there.
The way to find out who u r is not by comparing urself with others, but by looking to see whether u r fulfilling ur own potential in the best way u know.

Soul
Father, the new job is a departure my existing role. It will exclude back end function, which is fine with me. My downline are Reporting Analyst that generates sales forecast and actuals and tabulate sales comm and etc. I am finally going to front end completely.

And it is ironic as I have been saying no to E for a long time and yesterday was his final offer as he cannot wait for me anymore. Like boss said the window of opportunity is not open always.

I am very good at front end role. This role is about creating and building.

2. Internal influence that u r unable to see
Inner Voice
If u have found ur truth within urself there is nothing more in this whole existence to find. Truth is functioning through u.

There are times in our lives when too many voices seem to be pulling us this way and that. Our very confusion in such situations is a reminder to seek silence and centering within. Only then we are able to hear our truth.

3. External influence
The Dream
We come alone into this world and we go alone. Nobody, whether its ur current mate or some dreamed of partner, has any obligation to deliver ur happiness on ur platter - nor could they even if they wanted to.
Real love comes from not trying to solve our neediness by depending on another, but by developing our own inner richness and maturity. Then we have so much love to give that we naturally draw lovers towards us.

For a moment I hesitated on the offer cos I was worried that it take me away from Z. But then I dismissed it as I know Z would encourage my growth.

4. What is needed for resolution?
Awareness.
The mind gives u a sort of stupor. Burdened by the memories of the past, burdened by projections of the future, u go on living - at the minimum. U don't live at the maximum. Ur flame remains very dim.

Once u start dropping tots, the dust that u have collected in the past, the flame arises - clean, clear, alive and young. Ur whole life becomes a flame, and a flame without any smoke. That is what awareness is.

A channel is now opening from the circumference of activity to that center of witnessing. It will help u to become detached, and a new awareness will lift the veil from ur eyes.

A few messengers came and I was open. There is no reason to say No. Any no I had was from fear of past that is projected into future. This is an opportunity of growth that will give me new insights and will give new materials to my writings.
These few months of stagnancy, there were no insights, so no writings. So, this is the just a tool for my Top 5.

Also reading my SN in Scorpio makes me realise my inner resistance for growth. And Sadhguru's message during sathsang on last Sunday said we r not here to avoid life.

I didn't even try to strategise nor was there any dilemma. It just seem right and I don't have any 'No'.

5. Resolution
Breakthrough
It is the greatest adventure in life to go through a breakdown consciously. It is the greatest risk because there is no guarantee that the breakdown will become a breakthrough. It does become, but these things cannot be guaranteed.
Without facing danger, nobody has ever become integrated, nobody has ever become an individual, indivisible. As the dawn comes closer, the night become darker.

All of us occasionally reach a point when "enough is enough". At such times, it seems we must do something, anything, even if it later turns out to be a mistake, to throw off the burdens and restrictions that are limiting us. If we don't, they threaten to suffocate and cripple our very life energy itself.

If u r now feeling that "enough is enough", allow urself to take the risk of shattering the old patterns and limitations that have kept ur energy from flowing. In doing so, u will be amazed at the vitality and empowerment this Breakthrough can bring to ur life.

When I read this on Monday, I tot what breakthru, as I already breakthru with Z.
It was last Sunday my final breakthru with Z.
Now I know why this is the results. Out of my awareness and help from Your messengers, I become open to E's offer and I become receptive to a change of portfolio, to face new experiences, to meet new people. I tot that I can share Isha.

When I read this sometimes on 2 Dec, I tot it is just me completely saying no to E. And looking back, saying no to E won't lead to any change. So, saying yes to E is the one leading change.
