Father, some tots of Z, but I didn't follow much. Today practice took longer as I did longer breathing meditation. Overall was good. After shambavi, my body is so flexible.

Father, I want Z and I remember he is a diamond. He truly is. All the money in the world can't replace him. Let me be patient, he is undergoing a 52 days of Nine of Spade in Uranus.
