I love you, Water

Jan 3

Woke up before 6 am, feeling wanting to sleep more.
Woke up upon alarm at 6.40 am. no more dozing for me. Its is not me.

Went to the pool. Feeling bit apprehensive but remind myself that I can chant Brahmananda to overcome my fear.
In the first half lap, just slowing swimming.
Then fear arise, and I start to chant Brahmananda...and laughter came.
I haven't laugh for the past 3 months in the pool since the fear of water came back after nearly 10 years.
Swam for another half lap, feeling much better..and then when I rested I chant Brahmanda a bit, suddenly an overwhelming feeling came over me. I felt such much love for the water. I told the water that I love them.
I love water. I am afraid of them but I love them.
I cried loads in the people and others are watching first. So, I got to stop and start to swim again.
this time I felt the swirl of the water caressing my body..I am enjoying them, savouring them. the water so pleasurable.
I chant again at next stop and tears fell again..crying loads. Never cried so much in the water.
This time crying because I am so grateful for the experience of loving the water.
didn't expect my fear of the water turn out to be my love.
Just as I fear Sadhguru, accepted it and finally fell in love with it.
Similar with the water..
Amen.
I love you, water

My Daily Card
The Five of Hearts

The Five of Hearts speaks of changes and restlessness in your heart which can manifest in many ways. At the deepest level, you will probably be feeling a dissatisfaction with your current relationship or home situation and desire some sort of change.

When this card appears there is always the chance of a separation or divorce with someone you love, but there is an equal possibility that you will be taking a trip or moving to a new home. The highest manifestation of this card is that of going out and meeting new people, telling others about what you are doing and who you are. You can make important contacts when this card is around.

Soul
today going to a party. Be meeting some new people.
Hope to be able to promote Isha hata yoga
