Am I on the right track?

Father, my left feet hurt and it wasn't easy to do suria namaskara. Have it hurt before? Yes, but this is the first time since I started hatha yoga/shoonya back in Aug 2009.

Father, has everything deteriorated? Aiyah, a tot came Sadhguru telling me not to judge and Ekhart Tolle says even if outer not achieved, inner is achieved.

Yesterday, unexpectedly, I laughed throughout the quiet time wit Sadhguru during the sathsang. That has never happen before. P came to me to say thank u cos when I was laughing, she was in tear. Another newcomer says she likes my laughter.

Aiyah, nevermind. This jus reinforce that I cannot rest on my laurel in following my passion, I must stay put. Now need to see how to take 3 days week. Be easy on myself, last 2 weeks was hectic due to resubmission of budgets and reports, so am fine.

Yesterday, vision meditation, I tot of isha promotion within 2 to 3 mths, me being a transformation writer in 2 to 3 years and long term, me and my partner savouring coffee, enjoying d star in d sky and hugging each other.

It is true we need discipline in the world, but discipline is not everything. Everything that is profound, great and immense in life is free from discipline. Everything that is true, good and beautiful in life comes exploding. It follow no rules,

It is very interesting that both cow (spiritual) and monkey (body) are vegetarian. It is strange how man has turned non-vegetarian, because his whole physicl and psychic system is derived from vegetarian source. The structure of his stomach is such as only veg animals have and so is his mental make up. Obviously man must have been forced by circumstances to become non veg.

Same message with Sadhguru. Alas, I am not keen to be vegetarian.

It is not a question of whether what Krishna did was good or bad. The question is whether it would have resulted in good or bad had he not done what he did. The realities of life are that it is always the choice between greater evils and lesser evils.
Before we set out to do good, it is necessary to consider if it will result in evil. It is equally necessary to know that a bad action may ultimately results in good.

Tot of me and my two colleagues. For a few months, I hold out telling my colleague abt her boss cos I wan them to preserve their loving friendship. Then last Sat, the colleague says she know that her boss also has self interest by her leavin ang I took the opportunity to share her boss insistence that she should go, even when we Mgm team recommend that she is to stay.
At first, I felt bit guilt as if I smeared d rship but knowing the colleague's destiny card to be cautious abt fship, I tell. And now by telling, while d rship is smeared, the colleague has gain her confidence, which is good.

At first was thinkin to replace d Osho - Krishna book wit another Osho book. But today tot me that there are things to learn.
I follow Krishna way and hence need to understand.
