Samyama Refresher (5) - I got it!

Father, I finally got what is samyama. I also finally bow down to Sadhguru's Energy mortar. Early this year, I was too arrogant to bow in front of him and now have to bow to his mortar.
He wasn't here with us physically, but his energy is here. The sound system was great, as if he was there with us.
This time, I even enjoyed the shiva mantra, I was dancing to it. As for the breathing meditation, I was laughing so much, head shaking and a sense of contentment. For samyama, great laughter.

Sadhguru's words;
If u follow the instruction, I am with u;
If u become the process, I am in u;
If u do u ur own thing, enjoy the kanji.

On the first try, I got it out of his energy. Second session, I was too sleepy. Third session, I was about to give up. I says why such a long process to get just the glimmer of eyes gazing, result some laughter.
Then a tot came, perhaps that's the sadhana, samyama is not just the eye gazing. Then wit that, I go into the process of shoonya and breathe watching, focus on it instead of the end gazing motion. I got it, it was great, I was laughing so much. At the finale try, I went into a meditation mode and ended up singing guru pooja.
I was thinking why Sadhguru didn't emphasise the samyama is the whole process, not the eye gazing moment, then people's would be focusing on the process. But then I recall his words of advice, he says become the process.
Then the next day, amazingly I did the samyama process for 2 hours without stopping. After that, I don't want to do anymore. Now I don't even want to do shoonya today.

Father, main thing I got from samyama is that is ok if no one wants me, cos I am happy by myself. I also find myself even more 'open' and I don't mind saying no. I hold true to being authentic, I own what I experience. I admit that there is loads of things I don't know and I will be open but I won't take it wholesale without experience.

Btw, main change on food. I now eat at the Biksha hall. Of course on the non-spice one. Today I have veg rice, very good.

Whatever that u r aware of, u can detach urself and hence it will lose its hold on u.
Samyama uses awareness on breathe and mind to detach us from both body and mind so that we can go beyond both mind and body. Its a way to break the hold of karmic influences.
