Woke up and tot glad I didn't listen to my mind and call him. Its a false thing. A tot came, "I am not even my mind".
Did my practices and it was good, just little tot of Z which I released. Then took a 10 min nap thereafter.
Did have a tot that Z wanted to hide us because we on touch/go and he has no plans to marry me. Bit sadness coming in but I stopped it. I knew he wants me.
Suddenly have a tot on why I need other people validation of my lovability. Why can't I validate myself. Then suddenly I had a tot what if measurement of lovability is not how much others love me but is how much I love myself.
Lovability is about how much u love yourself. It is not how much others love u. How much others can love is is a measure of their own lovability, their self love. U can only love other the level u can love urself. How much u can give others is how much u have given to urself.
And I was holding on to Z because I tot having him is a measure of my lovability.
When u have love urself, u will find ur same level partner who can love u the way u love urself.
That's why we broke up because I want an available partner and Z is not available.

Ignorance stays with us until the day of enlightenment, until our vision toward the Spirit broadens and casts out the image of a no longer useful littleness.
What we now experience we may cease experiencing if we have the will and the imagination to set our vision in an opposite direction and hold it there. It is the office of the imagination to set the vision. The will should hold it in place until the creative genius of the inner life transforms the image of limitation and transmutes it into liberty under law.
We should daily practice correct thinking. We should decide what we wish to have happen in our lives.
Since we see that personality is what one does with his individuality, we should turn within, as have all the great mystics who have blessed the world with their presence - we should turn within and FIND GOD; and we should have a sense of Real Presence when we do turn inward the One and Only Presence in the entire Universe.

No devil, no damnation outside of one's state of thought, no punishment outside of that self-inflicted through ignorance, and no salvation outside of conscious co-operation with the Infinite. Consequently, the answer to every problem is in man own consciousness.
