Father, I look good. My skin is fine and radiant. No wonder so many people look at me. Once I take of my specs, they can see my beautiful eyes too.

Father, just had dinner with P. She said I don't look devastated with the break up. I told her I am fine. She seek some clarification and I told her. She said that I broke up with Z because I love myself. I told her that was my tot too. At first I was unsure as I really like him but there were too many clues. Also in the end, my cries told me I can't continue with it.
I like our discussion. I don't felt any judgment, unlike in the past. Now I knew she just want to clarify and understand the situation because she cares.

Just now while driving I tot of my partner. Suddenly visualise him driving an Audi and he is a White guy. He is supportive of my involvement in Isha. Even though he is not yet a meditator. He fetch me to and fro and join us for our dinner. He become part of our gang. I like that. In the end, I wanted a physical partner, one that is supportive of me physically and not just in mind.

The Power of Intention

11. Extend acts of kindness, asking for nothing in return.
Any act of kindness extended toward yourself, others or ur environment matches u up with the kindness inherent in the universal power of intention. Its an energizer for u, and causes this kind of energy to flow back into ur life.

12. Be specific when u affirm ur intentions to raise ur energy level and creates ur desire.

13. As frequently as possible, hold tots of forgiveness in ur mind.

Here is the final obstacle to making ur connection to intention.
- Your self-importance.
Self importance requires that one spend most of one's life offended by something or someone.
In order to relinquish ur self-importance, you will have to become aware of how entrenched it is in ur life. Ego is simply an idea of who u r that u carry around with u. This idea of who u think u r will persistently erode any possibility u have of connecting to intention.

Seven steps for overcoming ego's hold on you.
1. Stop being offended.
That which offends u only weakens u. If u r looking for occasions to be offended, u will find at every turn. Being offended creates the same destructive energy that offended u in the first place and leads to attack, counterattack and war.

2. Let go of ur need to win.
You are not ur winnings or ur victories. Let go of needing to win by not agreeing that the opposite of winning is losing. That's ego's fear.

3. Let go of ur need to be right.
Ego is the source of a lot of conflict and dissension because it pushes u in the direction of making other people wrong. When u r hostile, you've disconnected from the power of intention.
The Spirit is kind, loving and receptive; free of anger, resentment or bitterness.
Do I want to be right or be happy? When u choose the happy, loving, spiritual mode,ur connection to intention is strengthened

4. Let go of ur need to superior
True nobility isn't about being better than someone else. Its about being better than u used to be. Stay focused on ur growth, with a constant awareness that no one on this planet is any better than anyone else.

5. Let go of ur need to have more. The mantra of the ego is more. Its never satisfied. No matter how much u achieve or acquire, ur ego will insist that it isn't enough. You will find urself in a perpetual state of striving and eliminate possibility of ever arriving. Yet in reality, u've already arrived and how u choose to use this present moment of ur life is ur choice.
Ironically, when u stop needing more, more of what u desire seems to arrive urself.
By allowing abundance to flow to and through u, u match up with ur Source and guarantee that this energy will continue to flow.

6. Let go of identifying yourself on the basis of ur achievement.
The less u need to take credit for ur achievements and the more connected u stay to the Source, the more u r free to achieve, the more will show u for u.
Its when u attach urself to those achievements and believe that u alone are doing all of those things that u leave the peace and the gratitude of ur Source.

7. Let go of ur reputation.
Your reputation is not located in u. It resides in the minds of others. Therefore, u have no control over it at all. If u speak to 30 people, u will have 30 reputations.
Connecting to intention means listening to ur heart and conducting urself based on what inner voice tells u is ur purpose here.
If u r overly concerned with how u r going to be perceived by everyone, then u have disconnected urself from intention and allowed the opinions of others to guide u.
This is ur ego at work. It's an illusion that stands between u and the power of intention.
There is nothing that u can't do, unless u disconnect from the power source and become convinced that ur purpose is to prove to others how masterful and superior u r and spend ur energy attempting to win a giant reputation among other egos.
Do what u do because ur inner voice - always connected to and grateful to ur Source - so directs u.
Stay on purpose, detach from outcome and take responsibility for what does reside in ur; ur character.
Leave ur reputation for others to debate; it has nothing to do with u. Or as a book title says; What u think of me is none of my business!

Soul
Really hit me and my writing. Just focus on what I want to do on the website. Forget about the outcome. Whoever to come will come.
