Father, yea. Message is Let go of my reputation. Leave my reputation for others to debate; it has nothing to do with me.

Suddenly a tot came on the channeler. If their life is not perfect, people may judge them for even daring to channel. But those who doesn't care about their reputation will just proceed and let The Voice be channeled through them.

Just like Z, so worried about reputation that he cannot distribute a flyer. Let alone having a rship with me. Anyway, what I know is I am fine, not so sad anymore, just flowing.

Power of Intention
5 suggestion for implementing the ideas.
1. Monitor ur inner dialogue
Notice how much of ur inner speech focuses on what's missing, the negative circumstances, the past and the opinion of others.
Shift it from resenting what's missing and what u dislike to what u intend to attract in ur life.

2. Lighten moments of doubt and depression.
Reject tots that support an inability on ur part to match up with intention.
Remain faithful to the light.

3. Be aware of low energy
When u find urself either thinking in low-energy ways or immersed in low, weakening energy, resolve to bring to a higher vibration to the presence of that debilitating situation.

4. Talk to ur ego and let it know it has no control over u today.

5. View obstacle as opportunities to circulate the power of ur unbending intent. Unbending means just what it says. I intend to stay connected to my Source and thereby gain the power of my Source. This means being at peace, detaching urself from the circumstances and seeing urself as the observer rather than the victim .... then turning it all over to ur Source and knowing that u'll receive the guidance and assistance required.

Today no morning walk and I can feel my energy going down. Then had a call from a friend, whom I know need counseling. I wasn't looking forward but I said yes.
Then I did my face mask and will do isha kriya later.

When u r connected to the power of intention, everywhere u go and everywhere u meet, is affected by u and the energy u radiate. As u become the power of intention, you'll see ur dreams being fulfilled almost magically and you'll see urself creating huge ripples in the energy field of others by ur presence and nothing more.

You only give away what u have in your heart and attract what u give away.

Exactly my tot on lovability. I had an insight that my level of lovability is self-generated and not dependent on how others love me or not. Cos others can only love me as much as they love themselves.

The Power of Intention
Think of ur relationships in terms of holy or unholy. Holy relationships facilitate the power of intention at a high energy level for everyone involved. Unholy rships keep the energy at the lower, slower levels for all concerned. You'll know ur own potential for greatness when u start seeing the perfecting in all rships.

What I see of Z eventhough we broke up. He may be an ignorant arrogant bastard but he is still a diamond. He is just not my diamond.
I told him I went into rship because I wanted him and now I am leaving because of the same reason. I loved myself enough not to stay in a rship whereby I am not as wanted. I also thank him for releasing me as well. If he had pressed, I may not be able to withstand.
For the first time I didn't delete an ex-partner contact.
