Was very fresh after Sathsang.
The cat stretch in the guided Shambavi was effortless for me since I know do long Cat stretch. I recalled when I first did the guided Shambavi a few months ago, Cat stretch was difficult for me cos it hold the posture too long and now effortless.
It was peaceful Shakti meditation. I don't like those cos it is commercial, not authentic meditation. Anyway, I was surprised that I got into it. It's because that I m able to do the 61 point awareness meditation. It was nice. Brahmanda chanting was great. On the video, about others going the long path. I tot of Y and his choice. If he has chosen me, it be a short path. Because he wants to ease his mom, he got a lifetime challenge.
Woke up upon alarm at 3.48 am but feel like sleeping cos I often took break after Sathsang. Slept and woke up 4.53 am from a dream.
Did Bhuta Shuddi followed by cat stretch. Quite good today. One cycle of Surya kriya with good alignment. Mountain pose was bit stretching as the left ankle was stiff.
Breathing was lovely. Wish I could sit much longer.
Shakti was good too. Little tots.
Shambavi was good now with corrected preparatory steps, longer timing for Suka kriya and Breathe fluttering.
Alas, alarm rang at 7.05 am. I ignored and just sat in silent contentment for a few minutes. It was so contented and deep. Amen.
