What an awesome Sathsang. From the Shambavi to Brahmananda to Special meditation, all so powerful.
I was laughing, crying and dancing. Body move non stop. Felt a bit of ache yesterday evening but body okay now.
Body woke up at 4 plus before alarm. Skip Angamardhana since sleeping late.
In the video Sadhguru said not many people have the intelligence to do sadhana when their life is comfortable. Many people only do sadhana when life is difficult. He wished that whichever type of life that helps us in doing Sadhana.
Yesterday sharing of HataYoga was good. Didn't plan but I felt overwhelmed with gratitude and tears fell. After my sharing another lady followed up and asked everyone to upgrade.
Did opening invocation and then suddenly guru pooja was uttered. So I sang guru pooja too. Did Bhuta Shuddhi followed by preparatory steps. Butterfly has improved. Left baby rock has also improved. Cat stretch was good. Body more nimble and right elbow swelling has reduced.
Surya Kriya was good. Breathing meditation was lovely. Shakti was quite focused. Very little tots.
Shambavi was great.
