Woke up at 7 am upon alarm but feeling good to sleep further as it is cool and nice in bed.
Laze a bit till 7.16 am and then woke up.
Sang guru pooja followed by cat stretch. Right elbow is not painful this morning. Left wrist joints is less painful today so cat stretch is good.
Did Surya Kriya followed by Yogaasanas
Surya Kriya was bit stiff but alignment still okay.
Yogasanas was good. I can breath the standing posture much longer than normal. I can breathe normal during the lying down posture. Yoga mudra also good.
But I forgot the lifiting up leg asanas and also the preparatory steps for Yoga mudra.
Breathing meditation was nice. I sat much longer.
So this is the right flow, Surya Kriya followed by Yogaasanas, the last one is the more subtle.
On the same note, then Angamardhana followed by Surya Kriya.
Shakti was good but bit lost in tot during the third Kapala Bhakti.
Shambavi was good now that I am correcting the preparatory steps. The butterfly has improved. Right side rock baby is always good but somehow left side, my buttock still shift. I wonder why, and then I realised its because I was sitting toward the back, and hence when I moved, my buttock move too.
So nice after Shambavi.
I went to stand by the window and say thanks to Akash.
I told Akash that I am so thankful to have this sadhana experience.
I can't ask for more.
