Didn't sleep that well yesterday. Slept around 11.17 pm after my short time with the shrine.
Waken up at 1 plus am by nephew cries. Took awhile to sleep back. Then woke up upon alarm at 3.48 am. These two days learning not to jump out.
Savour the awareness and get up using the Shavasana way. Mind wonder a bit and said maybe I should skip Angamardhana since I didn't have a restful sleep. Then I observed my body and can see that it is alert and not tired. So ignored the mind and get up 5 minutes later.
Did Bhuta Shuddi followed by Cat stretch. Angarmadhana was good. Did preparatory steps for Surya Kriya. Surya Kriya was good albeit alignment was out. At the end head was shaking non stop.
Breathing meditation was good. Now able to separate the observation of breathe and actual breathe motion. Breathing as per body and then just observed without participation of the breathe.
Shakti was good. Able to sit well. Little tots too.
Shambavi was good too. Just stretch my legs using the preparatory steps of Butterfly and baby rock. Then proceed to cat Stretch and full Shambavi.
It was so nice. Wish I can sit longer.
Getting the right hata yoga sequence have an impact.
