Father, I strained my left shoulder becos I was watching video on my notebook. I was using my left shoulder to balance the notebook. So painful that I woke up around 4 am and then my body was refreshed by 6.20 am. Did my 3 rounds of walk in the park, quite difficult but I make it cos I was focused on my breathing.
I really must be more aware of my body. I now have 3 areas over-strained. The left wrist and right elbow has not fully recovered since 2 to 3 mths back and now added with left shoulder. Father, let me be healed. I wanted to do my suria namaskara tomorro. I think it has loosed, mayb 40 percent.
Please let me recover.
Father, my sis asked why with yoga and meditation, my RA worsen. Perhaps I should looked into my food intake. I told her nope cos nothing wrong wit my blood. Doc's advice is just to intensify the medicine, which is not what I want. They says this sickness u have to fight aggressively.
Father, u said its my cosmic lesson, 7 of Spade, to have faith despite facing ailment, help me through this.

13. I find that resentment, guilt and fear cause more problems than anything else.
Criticism as a permanent habit can often lead to arthritis in the body. Guilt always look for punishment and punishment creates pain.
14. We can change our attitide towards the past.
15. To release the past, we must be willing to forgive.
16. All dis-ease comes from a state of unforgiveness. The very person u find it hardest to forgive is the one u need to let go of the most. Forgiveness means giving up, letting go.
When we really love and accept and approve of ourselves exactly as we are, then everything in life works. Its as if little miracles are everywhere. Our health improves, we attract more money, our rships becomes more fulfilling and we become more creative. All this seems to happen without our even trying - effortless.
Self-approval and self-acceptance are the main keys to positive changes.
Loving the self, to me, begins with never ever criticising ourselves for anything. Criticism locks us into the very pattern we r trying to change.
Try approving urself and see what happens.
