If u believe ur happiness is dependent on others, u become vulnerable and defense mechanism be activated

Father, thank U. I am at ease with regards to Z. I now focus on making myself happy. He doesn't have a hold on me. I felt such a huge release. Now need only to work on bit of stress on work.

Real love comes not trying to solve our neediness by depending on another but by developing our own inner richness and maturity. Then we have so much love to give that we naturally draw lovers to us.

Yea, I just focus on being happy. Then I can share myself without worrying of returns.

Ask and It is Given
If u think ur happiness or well-being is dependent on someone or something else, u will feel vulnerable.
And if ur depending on them and u cannot control them, u don't know where they are, what they feel, then ur vulnerability soars.

No wonder. Its when I felt so vulnerable, that automatic defense mechanism is activated. We become defensive when we think others affects us. Now I know the phrase, defenselessness is strength. Its because we r strong and not dependent on others and hence need not be defensive. All defenses are against others.

Ask and It is Given
U have to come to remember that it makes no difference whatsoever how anybody is flowing back at u, otherwise u r going to be defensive - and u cannot be defensive and appreciative at the same time.

U r not really looking for appreciation to come to u, u want the feeling of it flowing through u.

Life is not about tomorrow, it is about right now. Life is about how u r currently molding the Energy!

This process helps to focus ur desire, and so u will consciously amplify Step 1 (Ask) - and now, in ur absence of resistance, things will begin to happen quickly. U r practising the Art of Allowing. And if u r usually a good-feeling person who has not established strong habits of feeling unhappy about not having the things u have put into ur box, u will experience the immediate result of feeling more focused and excited about life, and the things u put in ur Creation Box will begin to manifest in ur experience right away.

I recalled I have written in my Vision Book that I wanted a partner that gave me support, like my soil and help me to grow to my destiny.
Here I got Cosmic Lesson and Moon in Z. My dream has been fulfilled. Amen.
I now need to be specific on what my partner and I be doing together.

Father, for the first time I am seeing what I have and not focusing on lack. I focus on what I m learning to do.
