Angarmadhana truly getting me fitter

Yoga Namaskar was effortless. The squatting part with hands up is good.
Surya kriya is okay and breathing fine too.
Breathing meditation was nice. Wish I could stay longer.
Shakti was good despite interruption from the phone. Had to quicken as ambulance calling for my dad.
Shambavi is good too despite stopping half way to check on the ambulance.

Did massive cleaning of head shaking; must be the end result of this week massive clearing.

Today swim is the best. My limbs are nimble. I feel one with water. Just enjoying the floating sensation. Infact looking out the distance and tot more time to enjoy.
Angarmadhana and the recent intense self-enquiry helps.

As I was driving back, suddenly tot of Z but I waived. No longer think it is of any consequence. I even disregard tots of Y. Tots will be there. I need not believe in them.

Father, I feel so liberated. I do want my husband. But now I m alone and I savour it. Will always savour my aloneness.
