Whatever experience happens within u, it's just an expression of ur life energies. Anger, misery, peace and joy, ecstasy...,are all different levels of expression for the same energy. These are the seven dimensions through which one can find expression.

The most fundamental sadhana in yoga is bhootha Shuddi
The Pancha bhootas are the five elements in nature. If u look at urself, ur physical body is made up of five elements. These are earth, fire, wind, water and space. They come together in a certain way to become the body. So the whole spiritual process is about going beyond the physical, beyond the five elements.
These elements have a huge grip on everything that u experience. To transcend them,  the fundamental practice of yoga involves what's called bhootha Shuddi.

Dhynalinga is like having the energy body of the most evolved being sitting there or could you say, the highest being, referred to as Shiva, his energy body.

Man has been gathering, gathering and gathering, either things, people or knowledge, he wants to gather. The need for gathering has come because there is a sense of inadequacy and incompleteness. U want to gather something all the time, maybe money, maybe wealth, maybe relationships, maybe knowledge. It is just a question of taste that's all. People who are gathering knowledge thinks they are gathering money or things but it is not so. It is just a question of taste. Everyone is gathering whatever dominant in them.
Socially one thing is held superior but actually gathering knowledge is so much more entangling than gathering money, wealth, people or anything. Knowledge is the most entangling thing, because the way u think and feel, ur ways of thinking and feeling are the deepest attachment within you.
People who always tot renunciation means leave ur wife, leave ur husband. That's easy u know.
Now the problem is that the deepest attachment is to ur own ways of thinking and feeling. If somebody threaten ur way of thinking or feeling, u are willing to leave ur child, wife, husband, father, mother, anybody, yes or no? Ur own way of thinking, that's where the trap is.

Once we put them together, everything happened beyond my expectations. They are almost like two different qualities, like two opposite poles. One person was all reason, another person was all love. One person was all determination and the other person was all like ....just don't know. When this two comes together, it becomes like one beautiful person with all the qualities, they become like a complete human being.

Not sure why but I tot of Y and I. Him all determination and I don't bother. Him all reason and I love.
Now I know why Vijii pulled me cos my energy is similar to hers.
