Bhuta Shuddhi by Sadhguru

Jun 9

Wake up at 4.35 am. Finally start my practice after a week break. Did Bhuta  Shuddi and sang guru pooja. Mmm, can't remember my experience for guru pooja.
Did Cat stretch and followed with one cycle of Surya Kriya. The feet alignment was perfect.
Breathing was okay as nose blocked and throat is sore.
Shakti was okay. On Kapala Bhakti, after the second cycle I was in the zone. Half way on third cycle bit lost.
Shambavi was okay too.
Today is like new practices. Energy not flowing so well.

Bhuta Shuddhi.
Is a basic sadhana in yoga to transcend the limitations of the physical and to become available to a dimension beyond the physical.

Once u are blissful by ur own nature, ur life becomes an expression of ur blissfulness, not a pursuit of happiness. And that if the shift that needs to happen in every Iife.

If you look inward, a different dimension opens up.  Now instead of things getting more complex, u get to clarity. It is because of this that we say those who look inward have a third eye. They see things others can't see. They have borough clarity to life.

So this is the fundamental nature of yoga and of mysticism: only if u become absolute non-existence, u will then know existence. The whole point of mysticism is to sink into this one (referring to oneself) because this is creation.

Knowing creation within u makes a wonderful difference for you. Knowing it within u gives u an enormous amount of freedom to use ur life in ways that u have not imagined; to use these life energies in ways u never tot possible.

Soul
Thats why I peservere in this journey. Others said I am disciplined my sadhana.
Truly it is not out of discipline as I normally does it when I want to.
It is because of the experience of contentment in sadhana and sense of being loved with the Shrine that make me pesevered and seems committed to others.
