Woke up at 3.45 am upon alarm.
Angarmadhana was bit slow on sitting postures, with loads of burping air. Child posture was good, getting there. Fitness improved as standing postures is no longer strenuous.
Breathing was okay somehow body just want to go forward to rest.
Shakti was fine. Lost bit focus during third cycle of Kapala Bhakti with tots of Z. Once I become aware I waived it.
Shambavi was okay. Towards the end sat in contented silence.

In this incarnation in order to build a sense of self-worth they need to discriminate between others' values and their own and honor what they want. Only when they go for what they really want do they feel good about themselves.

Yesterday my first reaction was affected by C's msg. But this time I see it as just him. I need not feel pressured to say yes or no, I need only to explain again. Then on L's comments. I too can take it.
Father, slowly able to see others response or comments need not have to affect me. Can see that it is I who can decide to let them affect me or not. Amen.

To achieve successful long term relationships, they need to first recognise that's their energy is enough - they can live off their own energy.
