New beginning accelerate the letting go

Nov 22
Woke up at 4 am upon alarm. Not so drowsy but want to savour the sleep as rain just came. Today is Friday, normally I m off but got meeting and get together today.  Decided to sleep back and wake up 5 am. So just did one cycle of Surya kriya followed by practices. Did a long breathing, was okay. Shakti was good with breathe watching and I laughed at the end. Did quick preparatory steps for Shambavi. Towards the end just contentment. Plough back was good. Ended practices as 7.15 am upon alarm. From now on my focus is on Shakti and not Shambavi. Now that I know Samyama is from Shoonya; I begin to take Shakti seriously.
Had 2 tots of past and I immediately stopped it and said new beginning. No need to say it ended cos the mind continue to create. Best to say new beginning and mind will need to stop and ponder. Since mind is based on past, it doesn't know of new ideas and hence can't create tots. Whenever I said new beginnings, mind stop.

Adhyatma Upanishad
Old trees fall - it makes no difference because new ones come. In fact, because new leaves want to come, the old leaves fall. New one start pushing from within to come out, and the old ones begin to fall. As soon as the old leaf has fallen, a new one sprouts. The old conditions falls away only when new condition begins to push from within to come up the surface.

Soul
Since I didn't let go of the past, new beginnings can't happen.

Adhyatma Upanishad
On the trees, leaves grow. In the mind of man, conditions grow. Whosever's life is conditional, the outcome will be unhappiness. Whosoever's life is unconditional, whosoever is happy here and now without any reason - meaning, he whose happiness does not come from outside but from within; whose stream of happiness flows from within his own self, the source, the fountain - he is a fulfilled one. It is not something to be begged from others. Even if this whole world were to disappear, the moons were to disintegrate, there would be no change in the happiness of a fulfilled one.

But for you, there will be no difference to ur unhappiness even if the whole world were made as u wanted. Perhaps u will become unhappier. When all one's demands are met, one comes to realise that despite all that labour, all that hard work, nothing has really been gained. One becomes unhappier.
