North Node in Aries

Dec 23 aft

Read in the book that the other nodes is also reflective of us, albeit at a lower scale. Jan Spiller said she learned from the other nodes. So, I now start to read the other nodes and true enough I can see myself in them.

Jan Spiller
North node in Aries
Their motive of wanting to give is correct but if they are trying to give when they feel drained, at best, they are only creating a superficial harmony. Every time they become too outwardly focused, appreciating others and not valuing themselves. They don't want to be with people when their dark side is showing - it doesn't reflect the supportive, loving person they feel they should be - so they tend to feel guilty and go off by themselves.
Actually when the dark arises within them, its a good sign. It is the neglected part of them demanding attention. When they turn within and begin consciously loving themselves, noticing their own beauty and taking care of themselves, the demon melt away. Thus North node in Aries people need to regularly take time to focus on themselves and see what they need to do support themselves. Then they will be able to interact with others from a place of internal strength and harmony. When they feel an inner resistance to giving, it is a signal to pull back and begin taking care of themselves.

Soul
Yeap this is me too. Had many such episode when I was doing lead volunteering for local Isha.
Now completely out. Doing only when I want to. Amen.

North node in Aries
For those folks, being drained and being overly excited are two sides of the same coin; not dealing with what's happening in the moment. They have either given too much of themselves and feel drained, or given too little and absorbed others' energy, so they feel overcharged. Both reactions are a by-product of not being present or grounded in their bodies and responding to situation moment by moment as a separate person.
The balance lies in being consciously aware of others' energy without being consumed by it. Aries North node need to stay connected to their own power and be in touch with what they can comfortably contribute. The idea is to share their talents freely, to be of service, and to give from the heart without trying to be more - or - less than they actually are.

Soul
So me. My issue was on validation.
The last two months after stop doing plough back on its own has given me back my grounding.
I feel more grounded. Not rushing into anything. More conscious of my need of seeking self valuation by peer validation.

North node in Aries
Their challenge is to maintain the integrity of their own being. They must  give up trying to manipulate the other person's view of them and focus instead on being themselves with as much as authenticity and integrity as possible.

Soul
Me opening up in personal and romantic relationship.
Mmm maybe the fear in the pool is me being authentic.

Routines for North node in Aries
To stay grounded they need to be aware of their bodies. Allowing their bodies to be a natural boundary that gives them a sense of self. They have a tendency to get "into" other people's consciousness and lose their own center. So its healthy for them to exercise regularly in order to stay more grounded and experience the feeling of balance and harmony they need.

Soul
That's my receptivity.
Hata Yoga is good for me.

North node in Aries
Rather than floating in and out of other people's energy and consciousness, a routine helps enhance their own identity.
They can go to their place of worship, meditation, a healthy breakfast, walking the dog and etc. Routine helps enhance their own identity.

Soul
Glad of my meditation, Saturday swim and Sunday walk, my pre-sleep time with the Shrine and now three times pooja with sannidhi.
Me moving from Ace to Queen.

Ace of Hearts

Dec 23 mor
today Card in Venus.
My Daily Card
The Ace of Hearts

The Ace of Hearts represents a desire for affection or love that is the stimulus that causes new relationships to be created. For this reason, it can indicate a new love affair or the birth of a child. Though influenced by each planetary period in a specific and unique way, this creative love energy always represents an awakening of love or passion in one's heart.

On a deeper level, the Ace of Hearts, being the very first card in the deck, represents a search for something inside of our self. Perhaps it is the search for self-identity or for those things that help us to love who we are unconditionally. In order to love ourselves, we often find someone to love who reflects back to us what we are seeking within. This is why the Ace of Hearts can represent a new relationship beginning.

Just yesterday I realised that I love Sadhguru...and now this.
Guess this is the start.

My shrine, my home

Dec 23
Woke up feeling okay at 3.55 am.
Yesterday feeling bit off. Somehow doesn't want to sit with the Shrine. Some resistance, guess was feeling overwhelmed with yesterday new Moon energy. But couldn't sleep. Took me about twenty minutes or so before I can sleep.

Did Bhuta Shuddi followed by cat stretch.
Did Angamardhana and it was quite good. Sweat some but not as much as those day. Was not so tired. Guess the Yogaasanas helps too.
Surya Kriya was good too and so was breathing meditation.
Shakti was good.
Shambavi good too.
Today got some time to sit in contentment after Shambavi.

Just received msg from P. Now that I no longer hold her as close friend, my expectation is lowered. No more resentment that she can't give me the affirmation that I want.
Had some tots today on how I was excluded from local Isha. Instead of attacking P, I just counter my mind by saying it happen due to my issue in seeking validation. It was painful cos I couldn't let go on my own. It had to be taken away. They doing me a favour.

Astrology for the Soul
The house is like a shell - the environment u need to support the content of the sign.

Mine is North node in Taurus in 11th house; cultivating the energy of friendship and learning to "let go".

Soul
My lifetime challenge is Seven of Hearts.
P trying to chat up but I can't be hooked anymore. I now have clarity that we are not close friend, she is all grown up on lead volunteer and I can let go of her. My responsibility is over.
And me not keen to get back into local Isha. I am now in hata yoga. And even that my commitment is the media. For corporate, I will just be intro whenever opportunities arise.

Yesterday chat with Y's wife. She told me she was feeling unhappy due to her dad's surgery and she can't come to meet. Her husband, Y, don't want to leave her alone in the house. I m happy for her. Slight feeling of envy, wishing I have such a partner but at least Y a good guy.
Now I know yesterday the cries to Linga was I still wanted my partner. And I leave it to her. If no partner forthcoming then my shrine be my companion for life.
So grateful that I found my home in my shrine.

Sadhguru, I love you

Dec 22 eve

The most awesome pooja. Cried loads. And I felt Sadhguru hugging me. So much love. 🙏🙏🙏

For the first time I feel I love Sadhguru and declared my love for him. All these years it's just me feeling thankful. But now I finally open my heart. I love Sadhguru.

The door to my heart has opened.

From the initial outright fear, to resistance for a few years from 2008 to 2012 and finally to love in late 2014 ...What a journey!

Gender relationship

Dec 22 mor

sevenreflections
Short note: When you choose your genders, follow you common sense.
If you are a mother checking your relationships with your daughter, add yourself as a male, and her as a female.
If you are a man checking up the relationships with your boss, you are playing a female role in your relationships.
The rule of thumb - you need two people of the opposite genders to develop relationships.
If you have two males or two females, no matter how hard you try, it will not go well.
No matter what your physical gender is if in relationships you want to be loved for who you are, you are acquiring a female role. If you want to be love for what you do, you are definitely a male counterpart.

Soul
Interesting.
What am I?
While I want to be loved for who I am...I tend to 'do' for love.

Old urges for relationship comes back

Dec 22
Woke up upon alarm at 5 am. Slept around 12 plus am yesterday. So opted out of Angamardhana as I need 5 hours of sleep.
The ten minutes pre-sleep with shrine helps.
Had some tots of Z, I saw it and said that's the past, mulling about it won't help me.

Did Bhuta Shuddi followed by cat stretch. Then one cycle of Surya kriya. Just 10 min not sure how to hold to 20 min. Alignment was good.
Breathing meditation was nice, wish I can sit longer.
Shakti was good. First and two cycle of Kapala Bhakti was focused, can feel the heat generated. Lost myself a bit in first half of third cycle.
Shambavi was good to especially now that all the preparatory steps has been corrected. Wish I could sit longer.

Yesterday I was watching romantic Christmas movie.  It's been a few years since I sat down to watch. I let go when I start going with Z cos I see real rships are not rosy dosy. Later when we broke off I can't watch as I don't want to feel sad with memories of what's lost.

After 4 years I m back, being alone. Without a rship, without active volunteering. Just back to my old self back upgraded version. Just feel so grounded these days.

Saw this in Facebook from Osho on rship.
https://www.facebook.com/OshoRajneeshIndore/photos/a.161663577313746.56251.107045182775586/613105382169561/?type=1

Ordinarily a relationship always disturb.
First get establish in ur being - grounded.... so settled that no one can disturb u. Open the window and let the wind blows and enjoy it.
First be grounded so deeply that no one can pull u down.

If you are happy alone - that means, if you are not in need of a relationship - then only a relationship gives you happiness. If you are in need of it, then you will become miserable - because all dependence brings misery.

The moment you feel dependent on someone for your happiness, you start feeling miserable, because slavery is the thing most hated by the being. Ordinarily all relationships turn into slaveries, sort of bondages, imprisonments.

I was worried that sooner or later you will get into trouble (chuckling),because when one is feeling good, one forgets what type of misery a relationship can bring. This is how the mind functions. When you are alone, you have a fantasy about what happiness will come to you when you are in a relationship. When you are in a relationship, you start thinking that it is better to be alone.

My suggestion is that if you can remain without a relationship, it is going to be very helpful to you.

Soul
Yes.

Astrology for the Soul by Jan Spiller
For each of us, our deepest core issue are shown in the sign and house positions of our north node at the time of our birth. However in the process of writing this book, I realised I had unresolved issues in signs other than my own nodal sign and house. The difference is in the depth of dysfunction. So it won't be as difficult to apply the suggestions in these "alternate" areas as it will be in the area of ur own nodal placement.

North node in cancer in the 11th house
Learning to get in touch with and communicate ur feelings (cancer) through cultivating the energy of friendship and learning to "go with the flow" (11th house)

North node in Aries in the 4th house.
Discover and communicate who u are (Aries) through getting in touch with ur gut instincts (4th house)

Soul
Mine is North node in Taurus in 11th house.

Feeling contented

Dec 21
Woke up at 6.30 am upon alarm. Slept early yesterday, had a good sleep.
Did Bhuta Shuddi.
Drank my neem, tumeric and honey shake.
Went for my morning walk.
The trees are so lovely, grass so green. Feel blessed to be able to walk and experience nature.
Air is fresh.

Sadhguru on cold shower before yoga

Dec 20 aft
Sadhguru
Cold Water
Before beginning your practice, it is always best to be immersed in or to allow a certain volume of water which is about five to eight degree centigrade lower than room temperature to flow over you. If this happens, the pores between the skin cells open up, and that’s important for practicing yoga because we want the cellular structure of the body to be charged with a different dimension of energy. Why one person seems to be far more alive than the other is essentially because of this. Once your cellular structure is charged with energy, it remains youthful for a very long time.

The point is not about doing yoga every day or twice a week, the intention is to knead the body in such a way that we can re-mold it. So, how much time do you have, to do the necessary work upon yourself – that much time you must do it.

This body is just clay. It gets burnt with your karmic stuff and becomes rigid. Established memory is what we are referring to as karma. It is because of that bank of memory that the physiological and psychological substance becomes rigid. We are trying to undo that. The idea of asana is that you are working with the body and kneading it in such a way that after some time it is un-burnt. Then, you can shape it whichever way you want because the energies are mobile.

Soul
Since a year and half back, I have been taking cold shower and it has improved my sadhanas.

Neem and Tumeric - finally taking it.

Dec 20

Woke up around 4 am as there was a fight outside my house.
Try to disburse the fight by switching on the lights. Luckily a neighbour came out too.
After that find it difficult to sleep back. Took me around half an hour.
Woke up at 6.40 am upon alarm, feeling bit sleepy cos waken up from a dream.
Did Bhuta Shuddi.
After Bhuta Shuddhi, flatulence happens and suddenly I purged out oil from my body.
This happens yesterday too.
A few years ago it happen for 2 or 3 days. And now a repeat.
The difference is now the colour is dark yellow due to tumeric.
Something happening to my body.
Shakti was stopped short cos body wanted to purge.
Shambavi was a quick one as I want to be on time for my swim.

Used to avoid eating neem and tumeric while in ashram. Had no plans for neem and tumeric but the last few months the pain of Rheumatoid Arthristis was quite bad and so I tot I tried it out.
Also read the blog and it said that tumeric also helps in phelgm. which is good for me. My phelgm has reduced loads since I started on Surya Kriya and stopped after Bhuta Shuddi. But nose blocked is still there.

Went for my swim. The fear is still there but this time I remember to chant Brahmanda and fear reduced somewhat. Still can't swim breaststroke. Even free style can only swim a short distance but its better than previously. So, will just have to pesevere.

#4 Benefits of Turmeric for Yogic Sadhana

Everything you borrow from the earth, including your body, has a certain inertia. It is important to be conscious of this and to keep the inertia levels at the minimum. When we gauge whether your sadhana is working or not by looking at how much you sleep and how alert you are, we are checking how much inertia you generate. The inertia levels will increase if the body does not allow a certain amount of energy to enter the cellular level. Neem and turmeric as a combination dilate the cellular structure of the body in such a way that it allows energy to enter and fill up every crevice. Neem and turmeric are a physical support towards that, but sadhana itself does it too.

When we generate energy in the body, it is important that it does not simply burst out but that we are able to hold it and release it by choice.

The consumption of neem and turmeric with tepid, light honey water is a wonderful way of cleansing and dilating the cellular structure in such a way that it is able to absorb energy. When you do sadhana, the dilation brings flexibility to the muscles. The flexibility helps you to slowly build the system into a more powerful possibility. You will feel it – as you do your asanas, the body will crackle with a different kind of energy.

Soul
Will keep the neem, tumeric and honey in my bathroom.
Glad to be able to use the water container and thermos I bought for Kailash.
Guess this is another resistance down, taking neem and tumeric.

Awesome pooja

Dec 19 eve
Just now sannidhi pooja was good. Just enjoying myself with Sannidhi
Later start my practices. Saw Linga and started to cry. I cried cos I m now a nobody, not useful, no one loving me.
I want to sing Linga Struthi but can't sing. Can't remember the tune and I cry again. Moments later I can sing. Feel much at ease after the singing.

Did cat stretch followed by Bhuta Shuddi and then a deep Shoonya. Amen.

Today many journals. That's Jack of Heart in Saturn.

Guess that's me disappointed with the media. After so many chaser got no. That's how the sales people feel.

Tendency for drama of romance and personal relationships

Dec 19 aft 5

Can't remember where I got this. But this tells me of my lifetime of Seven of Hearts.

North Node in Aquarius and/or in the Eleventh House
With North Node in Aquarius, our South Node is in Leo. With North Node in the eleventh house, our South Node is in the fifth house.
A tendency to become overly attached to the drama of romance and personal relationships, to be willful and overly focused on getting what we want, and to resist being "one of the crowd" in an effort to stand out as unique and special, are some of the issues this position suggests.

With this position, we need to let go of our fears in relationships by offering freedom to our partners instead of expecting our partners to act as we want them to act, to accept that we are all equal and that we can still be special if we belong to a community, to move towards greater impartiality, and to cultivate sensitivity to the needs of others.

By letting go of the strong desire of getting what we want in the here and now, satisfaction will come more easily as we find that we get what we need. Our personal relationships and romances will suffer when we take things too personally, and expect others to follow a certain script that we have unconsciously written for them.

Learning to let go of the need for drama and attention, and moving towards a more objective approach to our lives, as well as cultivating true friendships, will help us to achieve a greater sense of balance. Our relationships with others as well as our relationship with ourselves will benefit.

Soul
Guess thats the part of lovelanguage that I just recalled recently.
Letting go of my projections on others so that I no longer hold on to one-sided relationship.
Learning that others idea of friendship can differ from mine.
And yet holding on to my values of having open close friendships. If the other can't, then I will now stop barking at the door to open, stop hurting myself, stop expecting others to give me what I want.

Mmm, suddenly can see P and my brother is the same...and Z was that too...
Father, truly lifting my projections.

North Node's critical lesson - let go of intense adrenalin fix in relationships

Dec 19 aft 4
Can't remember where I got this.

North Node
The North Node is the single most  important point in the chart...it describes what your Soul wants to learn and experience in this life. It is a Soul Messenger.”
The second clue is the North Node. Many astrologers today believe it is the single most important point in the chart. It is unique to each person and describes what your Soul wants to learn and experience in this life. It is a Soul Messenger, describing the evolutionary needs of your Soul.

When we act out the qualities of this Node we heal and nurture ourselves. It tells us in what area of life we need to bring emphasis, and some of the ways to do it.  The North Node has a sign, a house position, and aspects, and is an excellent suggestion---similar to the idea of a personal guiding North Star.
The movement towards the North Node is a continuous process, not just one decision you make.
Most astrologers would agree that the South Node reflects karmic qualities of our previous life, describing the unfinished business and things that we didn't 'get quite right.' Although there are gifts and talents shown there, it is the North Node that points to the qualities our Soul wants to use and acquire in this life. So when you have a chart reading, take a long look at what your North Node tells you, even if it feels a little unfamiliar and challenging. It offers a potent suggestion.

NORTH NODE IN TAURUS, SOUTH NODE IN SCORPIO
Through previous incarnations the soul has acquired an overemphasis of energy in the area of over reliance on the resources and values of others.  Driven by an intense desire to bond and merge with a partner, Taurus North Node individuals have sacrificed their own needs and value systems as a means of empowering their partners and thereby receiving validation in return.

In order to heal this energy imbalance of the soul, a critical lesson for these individuals is to learn to empower themselves.  They need to shift their focus from defining their self worth via validation from others to discovering and living in accordance with their own true needs, comfort zones and value system.

Developing a strong relationship with the natural/physical world can facilitate the healing process:  Tuning into and spending regular time close to nature is a beneficial form of nurturing for these individuals, providing a calming, re-energizing and balancing effect which will help to dispel their unconscious need for intense, high adrenaline crisis situations in their lives.  Also cultivating pleasure via the five senses will assist in creating a sense of grounding and an awareness of their own inner strength, stability and support.

Soul
This is exactly what I need to read now.
In the beginning it was my career..when I stopped myself from getting adrenalin from career, it went into relationships.
It went into local Isha.
Then it was romantic rship with Z, later Y and then alas was P, my last link to local Isha.
I was holding on to them cos seeking their validation.
With the sadhana and my shrine of Devi, Dhynalinga yantra and Sannidhi; everything is coming together.
I no longer afraid to be alone. I can come on my own.
I can come out now with my spiritual life in yoga, in Isha.
I am now grounded
I found my Home.

North node in Taurus
A critical lesson that needs to be learnt in this lifetime is to let go of past life behavioural patterns of exchange relationships.  The stronger Taurus North Node individuals become in supporting themselves and defining their self worth via their own value system, the more likely they are to attract a spiritually fulfilling partnership with someone who is also self-empowered.

Many events in this incarnation will provide Taurus North Node individuals with the challenge of learning to effectively integrate the energy polarities of stability and self reliance (Taurus North Node) and transformation and synergistic partnership (Scorpio South)

Soul
Yea, finally can let go of P.
No more holding on to her due to access to local Isha.
I can now stand on my own.
Amen.

South Node in Scorpio's gold

Dec 19 aft 3.

Not sure where I got this from.
But I can see the pix now.

South Node
By contrast, the South Node describes the qualities brought over from our previous life, and describes how we lived when we were young. Our deeply habitual ways of being and thinking are shown here, and as we mature we tend to act out the qualities of our South Node less. It shows both the unhelpful and negative qualities that our Soul wishes to move away from, as well as containing what Carl Jung talked about as the “gold in the shadow”. This gold is the unconscious unrecognized talents and abilities that we bring over from a former life or that are simply latent or repressed qualities. It is wise to uncover and use the gold in the South Node, while leaving the negative old patterns behind, and to move in the direction of the North Node.

South Node in Scorpio and North node in Taurus
My South Node in Scorpio suggests that my Soul purpose is, in part, to move away from hurtful melodramas and to ground myself in my own talents and resources.  It speaks of the desire for serenity and to move away from the dramatic reactivity and the excesses of my earlier years and former life.

I’ve needed to take on the qualities of loyalty and persistence of the Taurus North Node and to find the sacred in the commonplace, which is a beautiful quality of that sign. The “gold” in my Scorpio shadow-South Node is my intuitive ability and emotional intensity.

One could speculate that with my South Node in Scorpio (conjuncting Jupiter, the planet of expansion and privilege) I may have been the 'power behind the throne' to someone of importance, and was used to enjoying the largesse of another person and a more dramatic life. That is not the case in this life–I need to use my own resources and power based on that grounded Taurus in the 2nd house of personal values and resources. The Universe gives me strong hints whenever I move into territory that is not my own to claim anymore.

Soul
 True.
The grounding I need is now with me.

Dec 23
Now got the grounding I need

Letting go of the past

Dec 19 aft 2
Osho tarot card this week.

Internal influence that I am unaware
The past is no more and the future is not yet: both are unnecessarily moving in directions which don't exist. One used to exist, but no longer exists, and one has not even started to exist. The only right person is one who lives moment to moment, whose arrow is directed to the moment, who is always here and now; wherever he is, his whole consciousness, his whole being, is involved in the reality of here and in the reality of now. That's the only right direction. Only such a man can enter into the golden gate. The present is the golden gate. Here-now is the golden gate. ...And you can be in the present only if you are not ambitious--no accomplishment, no desire to achieve power, money, prestige, even enlightenment, because all ambition leads you into the future. Only a non-ambitious man can remain in the present. A man who wants to be in the present has not to think, has just to see and enter the gate. Experience will come, but experience has not to be premeditated.

Soul
Truly great.
This week been having tots of Z and P. Going back into past memories.
After removing my projection from Z and P, I can now see it was a one-sided relationship.
My weakness as INFJ may be difficulty in letting go of bad relationship but my strength is also the ability to let go completely once I know for sure that the relationship is over.
It is over for Z and P with me.

Today card very true.
Saturn
My Daily Card
The Jack of Hearts
The Jack of Hearts is known as the 'Christ Card', or the 'Card of Spiritual Sacrifice'. Whenever it is present, you will feel and be encouraged to elevate your thinking, speaking and acting to a higher level. You may also decide to make some sort of personal sacrifice when this influence is present. This would likely be for the sake of someone younger than yourself though it can take other forms. The period position will delineate the exact nature of the sacrifice you feel impelled to make.
In any case, this card does bring a strong dose of higher, spiritual love into our lives and will encourage us to do things from a higher motive than usual.

Soul
Not easy..quite humbling that it all been one-sided.
But can now let go.
No more seeking for love where there is none.
So truly glad for my sannidhi..my true love.

Finally can see my projection on P (ex-close friend) and Z (ex-lover)

Dec 19 aft 1

Now know why I wish for a partner cos my main love language is 'physical'.

Physical Touch
A person whose primary language is Physical Touch is, not surprisingly, very touchy. Hugs, pats on the back, and thoughtful touches on the arm—they can all be ways to show excitement, concern, care, and love. Physical presence and accessibility are crucial, while neglect or abuse can be unforgivable and destructive. Appropriate and timely touches communicate warmth, safety, and love to you.

Soul
Only with a partner, I can show my love.
But now with Hata Yoga, I can experience self love. No wonder whenever I am totally involved in hata yoga, I can feel orgasmic'; so satisfying, so fulfilling.

With others, I use my second major love language which is "word affirmation"
Words of Affirmation
Actions don’t always speak louder than words. If this is your love language, unsolicited compliments mean the world to you. Hearing the words, “I love you,” are important— hearing the reasons behind that love sends your spirits skyward. Insults can leave you shattered and are not easily forgotten. You thrive on hearing kind and encouraging words that build you up.

Soul
I got this from my close friend, L, A and even K.
Also got some from my boss.

Wah, in the event I got my partner..he better be compatible in lovelanguage with me. Otherwise truly suffering.
Got the physical from Z but alas it was just a physical release for him, not his lovelanguage. His is gift...Mmm, he didn't want to give me any gift. I used to think it because he has no money but alas its because he doesn't love me. Hence he doesn't want to show his lovelanguage. Just as he didn't want to buy gift for him too.
He didn't know that my lovelanguage is physical and neither did I. So he doesn't mind receiving the physical from me since he tot that's not my lovelanguage.

And with P, I won't be getting love the way I wanted to have. Her way of showing appreciation is the opposite end of mine. Hers is service.
Now I know why it has been suffering with P. Truly wrong person for me.
Alas can let go of my expectation of her being my close friend. It has been one-sided. No more.

Quality Time
In Quality Time, nothing says “I love you” like full, undivided attention. Being there for this type of person is critical, but really being there—with the TV off, fork and knife down, and all chores and tasks on standby—makes you feel truly special and loved. Distractions, postponed activities, or the failure to listen can be especially hurtful. Whether itʼs spending uninterrupted time talking with someone else or doing activities together, you deepen your connection with others through sharing time.

Soul
When Z was with me, he give me 100%, his phone will be switched, just me and him. That make me special and feel loved. But alas may not be his lovelanguage as he said he is too tired to take any calls, its off days for him.

With myself, is quality time.
Thats why i can be resentful and sad when my time is not used to what I feel as valuable; time alone.

Soul
This week Osho tarot really true.
Been having tots of P and Z this week.
Can now see the lovelanguage of P and Z. They never loved me the way I love them. It was all one-sided.
Sad but better late than never.
Tears coming into my eyes.

4. Whats needed for resolution

Projections
The man and woman in this card are facing each other, yet they are not able to see each other clearly. Each is projecting an image they have constructed in their minds, covering the real face of the person they are looking at. All of us can get caught up in projecting movies of our own making onto the situations and people surrounding us. It happens when we are not fully aware of our own expectations, desires and judgments; instead of taking responsibility for them and owning them, we try to attribute them to others. A projection can be devilish or divine, disturbing or comforting, but it is a projection nonetheless--a cloud that prevents us from seeing reality as it is. The only way out is to recognize the game. When you find a judgment arising about another, turn it around: Does what you see in others really belong to you? Is your vision clear, or clouded by what you want to see?

Soul
Because I already love them, I tot by continuing to give, they will eventually love me.
True love doesn't require sacrifice.
It was all one-sided from me.
I can never get what I want from them. They are not meant to be in my life, in my close circle of love. I already let go of S, let go of Z and now P too.

5. Resolution
The Dream
This has been said again and again, down through the ages. All the religious people have been saying this: "We come alone into this world, we go alone." All togetherness is illusory. The very idea of togetherness arises because we are alone, and the aloneness hurts. We want to drown our aloneness in relationship.... That's why we become so much involved in love.

Some enchanted evening you're going to meet your soulmate, the perfect person who will meet all your needs and fulfill all your dreams. Right? Wrong! This fantasy that songwriters and poets are so fond of perpetuating has its roots in memories of the womb, where we were so secure and "at one" with our mothers; it's no wonder we have hankered to return to that place all our lives. But, to put it quite brutally, it is a childish dream. And it's amazing we hang on to it so stubbornly in the face of reality. Nobody, whether it's your current mate or some dreamed-of partner in the future, has any obligation to deliver your happiness on a platter--nor could they even if they wanted to. Real love comes not from trying to solve our neediness by depending on another, but by developing our own inner richness and maturity. Finally Saturn in Fifth house of love is finally over after 2 years

Dec 19 aft

Was checking out my monthly horoscope in Susan Miller website and got this.

http://www.astrologyzone.com/forecasts/monthly/cancer_full.php
Saturn in 5th house
Saturn, the tough taskmaster planet that seems to have been causing you frustration in terms of your love life, will move out of Scorpio and your fifth house of love on December 23. This is headline news, for you have been coping with Saturn since October 2012, a planet that limited your enjoyment of love, but relief is finally in sight.

Hosting Saturn in your fifth house was a bit like an astrological oxymoron. The fifth house is the place in the chart where we enjoy fun and love. The fifth house of the horoscope brings leisure activities, such as a romantic trip with your sweetheart, or tickets to an exciting concert. The fifth house is all about love, so the same house includes conception, pregnancy, and birth, and the care and nurturing of your present children as they grow.

Saturn brings delays and sacrifice, and teaches patience; you may have had problems keeping the faith until things would improve. Whether you are single or married, you likely felt Saturn's presence for all or part of the past two years that Saturn has spent in your love sector. If you are single, meeting someone new was hard to do, and if you managed to make the acquaintance of a new romantic interest, you had to be sure that the person you were talking with truly was available. Saturn likes to put up barriers, so your lover might be currently separated but not technically divorced, and once you found that out (assuming you did), you got lots of promises that soon things would change and the two of you could be together, but change never did arrive. Things like this are common when Saturn makes a rare visit to the fifth house.

Saturn often brings separations through no fault of your own, so, for example, you may have met someone who lives in another city, or travels a great deal for work. Or your love interest may have been in graduate school, with very little time to be with you. If your sweetheart was studying medicine, for example, he or she may have had to do a residency and was rarely home.

Saturn brings life lessons, so you may have felt you gave too little to the relationship, or conversely, gave too much, and trusted too much. There are many different ways to learn from Saturn, but by now you likely know how Saturn asserted his influence in your life.

Saturn tends to make us stop what we are doing and concentrate on the problem at hand, and while this can be hard to do, you will see gratifying results this year. You already put in the time; now you will see the fruits of your labors.

Soul
How true..
And Z and I broke off in Sept 2012 and it took me a year to get over the hurt.
Met Z in Nov 2013, started to fall for him, but he was not available and we are off by Jan 2014.
Another half year with Y and now second half year just me alone.

http://www.astrologyzone.com/forecasts/monthly/cancer_full.php
Saturn will briefly retrograde back to Scorpio for thirteen weeks this year from June 14 to September 17. It is unlikely that you will encounter any new life lessons from Saturn during that short phase, but to be safe, keep your antenna up. Once Saturn leaves on September 17, 2015, he will not be back to Scorpio until November 2041, decades from now. You are just about done! Think back to all you learned in the two years, starting October 2012, and pat yourself on the back.

Soul
Thank God it is finally over.

INFJ's version of success

Dec 18 aft 2

www. personalitypage.com
What does Success mean to an INFJ?
People with the INFJ personality type are intense and perfectionistic. They have deep insights into many aspects of life, and usually have very high standards for their own understanding and accomplishments, as well as those of others. They are service-oriented and empathetic to other individuals. The INFJ strives for the ideal in every aspect of their life. An INFJ's feeling of success is centered around their own level of understanding and accomplishment, their usefulness or service to others, and the condition of their personal relationships. The INFJ feels successful when they have used their very deep understanding of something to do a real service for someone. We often see INFJ personality types as counsellors and teachers, or in the medical and health fields.

Soul
Me from an Ace of Diamonds moving towards Queen of Diamonds.
Yes, I see my value from being useful to others.
Many years ago, I often leave jobs because I no longer feel 'useful when I have made all the improvement at work.
A few years ago after being Isha I no longer need to be useful at work...I  transfer my valuation to being a core lead in local Isha.
But it was not for me..but still I can't let go cos got no other valuation..in the end become resentful.
Alas, let go of the valuation from peer validation in local Isha.
So, here I am..with no valuation to anyone.

8. We only need one person

Because we are introverts, INFJs are completely content being with just one person, whether a partner, friend or family member. When we make friends, it is usually for the long haul and it takes a lot to destroy a relationship. Unlike extroverts or some other introverts, INFJs can spend the rest of our lives with only ever being close to one person and never feel as though we are missing out on other relationships. In fact, we actually prefer it.

When we have many relationships in our lives, we can become easily overwhelmed and feel as though we are not giving our best to each relationship, leading us to feel unhappy, exhausted, and stretched thin.

Soul
This is true. I have a few close friend and when I was with Z, I never 'look' at others.

Sadhguru on neem and tumeric

Dec 18 aft
Sadhguru on neem and tumeric

INFJ need to express their feelings either through words or tears

Dec 18 aft 1

INFJ Personality Profile
By Dr. A.J. Drenth

INFJs’ Fe can present differently among strangers than it does with their intimates. In larger groups, INFJs may seem consistently cheery as part of their attempt to cultivate good feelings. Many INFJs have a good sense of humor and can be funny and engaging. Enlisting their vivid imaginations and knack for metaphor, they can also make good storytellers.

In the company of close confidants, however, INFJs use their Fe to be more open and direct with their grievances. Since some INFJs feel like tortured souls, their commentary may take on a characteristically negative tone. They may seem moody, pessimistic, discontented, or restless. They can also seem fairly intense in their communication when infused with the emotion of Fe. Consequently, their expressions can seem exaggerated, dramatic, or irrational, especially to Thinking types. They differ in this respect from INFPs, who are less disposed to melodrama in their verbiage.

INFJs can also be susceptible to self-pity and self-loathing, seeing themselves as victims. They may curse the fact that life isn’t fair, feeling that they always end up with the short end of the stick.
For INFJs, expressing themselves through their Fe is critical to their psychological and physical health and well-being. Even if doing so does not provide them with immediate solutions to the problem at hand, they tend to feel better once they have expressed their feelings, whether through words or tears.

This is especially important for the mates or friends of INFJs to recognize. While not necessarily looking for others to solve their problems, INFJs value emotional support, empathy, and reassurance. Without such an outlet, INFJs can begin to feel isolated and depressed, turning to their inner fantasy world as a means of escape. And while fantasizing may seem helpful in the short-term, it can make the real world seem even less tolerable and exacerbate existing frustrations toward life.

Soul
I remember when I was faced with such 'suffering and dilemma' when I wanted to quit from the big company back in mid 2012. I shared with Z and he was totally not supportive and I keep on telling him he only made me feel worse. Yes, truly know now.
I am okay as I am.

The Shrine is currently the only mode that I can express my tears. Hence I am forever grateful

INFJ Personality Profile
By Dr. A.J. Drenth
Even if not to the same extent as EFJs, INFJs can be warm, welcoming, loyal, giving, and self-sacrificing. At the same time, as Introverts, they need time to themselves to recharge their proverbial batteries. This creates an ongoing, even lifelong, struggle for INFJs, trying to balance their own needs and desires with those of others.

INFJs commonly experience a conflict in values between their Ni and Fe. For example, they may be asked by a friend or relative to donate to a cause they don’t believe in. This puts them in the difficult position of deciding between honoring their own perspectives (Ni) or maintaining the harmony of the relationship (Fe). Since INFJs can having difficulty saying no, they will often opt to oblige others, even while inwardly regretting doing so. INFJs may experience similar issues in school. INFJs are disposed to questioning the veracity of what the teacher or other students are saying, not to mention issues of character. At the same time, however, they want to please the teacher and maintain external harmony. This can leave them feeling torn between allegiance to truth (Ni) versus Fe people-pleasing.
Because of the strength of their Fe, INFJs need to be careful not to abandon their Ni in the face of outward pressures. Since Ni is their best and most reliable compass for navigating life, when they lost track of it, INFJs can easily feel lost, restless, and frustrated. Hence, when it comes to decision-making, INFJs are wise to listen primarily to their own inner voice.

Soul
Now no longer afraid to voice out my feeling.
Going towards real rather than false harmony in relationship.

Practising Gratitude by Arthur_P_Ciaramicoli

Dec 18 aft
The power of empathy
Tolerance
Am I being truly tolerant (in the sense of being open minded) or am I just trying to keep peace? Am I so dependent on my partner that I ignore his or her contemptuous behaviour, hoping to salvage a difficult rship?

Tolerance requires discipline and respect boundaries. When we put up with cruelty in the name of tolerance we threaten to destroy the experience. Unbounded tolerance can diminish the power of empathy.

Practising gratitude
1. Slow down
When we fail to see our lives as a process - sequence of events, a work in progress - we tend to feel ungrateful. Gratitude arises not when we measure our lives.

2. Ask: What do I need?
What do u want that u can never get enough? Why don't u get filled up? What hole is draining?
Is it possibly that what u need is emptiness rather than fullness.

Soul
Still want my partner. The longing has reduced somewhat after the Sannidi. Today during sadhana has intermittent tots of Z. I waived it off every time.
Having Sannidhi gives me the love and comfort I lacked. And now feeling more grounded after stopping plough back.

3. Say thank you as often as u can

4. Let people know u appreciate them.
Saying I appreciate u is sometimes more meaningful than saying "I love u".
It gives u the perfect opportunity to think and talk about why u are grateful for their company, help, insight or support.

5. Use gratitude to organise life.
How can you organise ur days around activities that u most enjoy? Which tasks do u find most boring or mind-boggling? Which talents do u have that come naturally to u?
Organise ur life around activities that u are grateful to perform and ur gratitude will grow exponentially.

Soul
This is good.

6. Learn to delay gratification

Erich Fromm - being loving means being objective

Dec 18

The art of loving by Erich Fromm
If I want to learn the art of loving, I must strive for objectivity in every situation, and become sensitive where I am not objective. I must try to see the difference between my picture of a person and his behavior, as it is narcissistically distorted, and the person's reality as it exists regardless of my interests, needs and fears.

To have acquired the capacity for objectivity and reason is half the road to achieving the art of loving, but it must be squired with regard to everybody with whom one comes in contact. If someone reserved his objectivity for his loved ones and think can dispense with it in his rship to the rest of the world, he will soon discover that he fails both here and there.

My Projection on friendship with P finally ended

Dec 17 aft

This week Osho
The Issue
Burden
When we carry a load of shoulds and shouldn'ts imposed on us by others we become like this ragged, struggling figure trying to make his way uphill. "Go faster, try harder, reach the top!" shouts the foolish tyrant he carries on his shoulder, while the tyrant himself is crowned with an imperious rooster. If life these days feels like just a struggle from the cradle to the grave, it could be time to shrug your shoulders and see what it feels like to walk without these characters on your back. You have your own mountains to conquer, your own dreams to fulfill, but you will never have the energy to pursue them until you release yourself from all the expectations you've gathered from others but now think are your own. Chances are they exist only in your own mind, but that doesn't mean they can't weigh you down. It's time to lighten up, and send them on their way.

2. Internal influence
Moment to moment
The past is no more and the future is not yet: both are unnecessarily moving in directions which don't exist. One used to exist, but no longer exists, and one has not even started to exist. The only right person is one who lives moment to moment, whose arrow is directed to the moment, who is always here and now; wherever he is, his whole consciousness, his whole being, is involved in the reality of here and in the reality of now.

The Rebel
The powerful and authoritative figure in this card is clearly the master of his own destiny. On his shoulder is an emblem of the sun, and the torch he holds in his right hand symbolizes the light of his own hard-won truth.

Whether he is wealthy or poor, the Rebel is really an emperor because he has broken the chains of society's repressive conditioning and opinions. He has formed himself by embracing all the colors of the rainbow, emerging from the dark and formless roots of his unconscious past and growing wings to fly into the sky. His very way of being is rebellious - not because he is fighting against anybody or anything, but because he has discovered his own true nature and is determined to live in accordance with it. The eagle is his spirit animal, a messenger between earth and sky.

The Rebel challenges us to be courageous enough to take responsibility for who we are and to live our truth.

4. Whats needed for resolution?
Projetion

Soul
This is me projecting into P.
I got hurt because I tot P also sees me as her close friend, sharing everything, being kind.
Not only that she doesn't see me as a close friend, her love language is also the opposite of mine.
So, now letting go of my projections.

Resolution
The Dream
"We come alone into this world, we go alone." All togetherness is illusory. The very idea of togetherness arises because we are alone, and the aloneness hurts. We want to drown our aloneness in relationship....

The source is that you are afraid of your aloneness. Everything else is just an excuse. The real cause is that you find yourself very alone.
Soul
Yes..I was afraid to let go of P cos cos she was my hold on local Isha.
Alas, I too got to let her go.
This year Nine of Clubs really true.

Pluto in Ruling
Queen of Spades
Somehow connected to ur result card you are attempting to develop a sense of mastery from within, a greater level of organisational ability or both. Self mastery comes from inner knowledge and self control. It is knowing u can have everything u want, not by changing the world but by changing yourself.
U will have to work hard this year and possibly doing work that u find somewhat distasteful.  Spades are work and the Queen using her work as karma yoga, a tool to purify her tots and emotions.
This is the goal u have set for urself and u must have good reason for why u want this. Keep this uppermost in ur mind as u progress through the year. U will no doubt have to make changes within and outside of urself  to achieve this goal.

Affirmation
I develop my capacity to transform my life by changing my beliefs, ideas, and concepts of the world. I become the master of myself.

Result in Ruling
Nine of Clubs
Much of ur challenges is to let go of outworn ideas, projects, plans or way of communicating. This is a year of completion that may at times seem like disappointing endings.
The Nine of Clubs says that u are completing a major chapter in ur life and it is time to move on to greener pastures.
Be open to spiritual wisdom in all forms, as this will help make change easier.

Affirmation
I complete projects this year and let go of the past. I broaden my understanding by releasing old ways of thinking.

Letting go of my expectation of friendship

Dec 17

Woke up around 6 am but slept back.
Then was in a dream when the alarm rang at 7 am.
Sprung up but I lay down for a bit, until my  heart beat is normal.
Sang guru pooja followed by cat stretch.
Did my yogaasanas, nice..
Did one cycle of surya kriya was perfect alignment.
Breathing was nice.
Shakti was good, Kapala Bhakti was fine and I was singing and dancing in the end.
Shambavi good too...
Lovely experience..thanks to my shrine.

During my practices some tots come on P and my ending in local Isha. Guess I felt a bit hurt that she didn't share with me that she is now the guide after making me pull out cos no one want to do a year ago. But part of me know that it is not about me. Guess, thats my Seven Of Hearts challenge. I tot she was my close friend but guess in reality she is not. She doesn't tell me anything of her life...whereas I am more open, I share. Well, she is just a friend..not a close friend.
Once I put her in the right perspective, I no longer have false expectation of our friendship. It was all in my mind, thats all.
Just like I recalled I have such high and low with S and then with P. Just as I ended with S, same I too end my expectation with P.

Below excerpt is true, me stuck in an unhappy friendship. Me expecting something that will never happen. Time to let go of my expectation.

Queen of Diamonds
Queen of Diamonds are generous and will always help their friends and try to provide to their family. They can sacrifice for those they love, and with all these wonderful qualities, they might be stuck in an unhappy marriage until later in life or pursue different partners throughout their life. It might make very little or even no sense to anyone who knows the Queen of Diamonds closely. But all these "inconveniences" in life are there to achieve freedom and initialization to the higher wisdom and power.

INFJ as friends
Once a common thread is found though, people with the INFJ personality type make loyal and supportive companions, encouraging growth and life-enriching experiences with warmth, excitement and care. As trust grows, INFJs will share more of what lies beneath the surface, and if those ideas and motives are mutual, it’s the sort of friendship that will transcend time and distance, lasting a lifetime. INFJs don’t require a great deal of day-to-day attention – for them, quality trumps quantity every time, and over the years they will likely end up with just a few true friendships, built on a richness of mutual understanding that forges an indelible link between them.

Soul
Thats me.

My Daily Card
The Seven of Diamonds

The Seven of Diamonds is one of the spiritual money cards. When it appears we are always confronted with how attached we are to our money and given an opportunity to experience the real prosperity that comes with an attitude of gratitude.

Whether it is about money, plans to make money, or love, situations will present themselves that test our faith in the abundance of the universe. By realizing and then releasing our fears, we can transform our attachment into total fearlessness and personal freedom.

Soul
Yes, prepared to let go of P. She was never in my league. It was me holding on to her.
She has let go years ago or maybe never mine to begin with.

Awesome Sathsang, another ending

Dec 14 eve
What an awesome Sathsang. I felt Sannidi presence right in front of me.
Shambavi was great. Brahmanda chanting was awesome.
Special meditation was great. It was so experiential especially with sannidhi presence.
Cried loads and laughed loads. Amen.

Sadhguru video was spot on.

Sadhguru said the easiest is devotional. But if u can't be, then be razor sharp discrimination so u can have clarity. Or u can be energised, then pump up ur energy. If all the above you can't do, then just serve. Whichever way u can, u can just serve.
Basically summing up "Bhakti, Gnana, Kriya and Karma"

I am devotional by virtue of overwhelming experience from the pumped up energy.

Finally released myself from the Sathsang coordination team. No longer want to be in the term out of fear of losing friendships.
It is okay to be out of the coordination team. I am happy just being my devotional energised self.

Truly glad I can now live with my values.

Sadhguru.
These are the only four realities in your life: body, mind, emotion, and energy. Whatever you wish to do with yourself, it must be on these four levels. Whatever you wish to do, you can only do it with your body, your mind, your emotions or your energy. If you use your emotions and try to reach the ultimate, we call this bhakti yoga. That means the path of devotion. If you use your intelligence and try to reach the ultimate, we call this gnana yoga. That means the path of intelligence. If you use your body, or physical action to reach the ultimate, we call this karma yoga. That means the path of action. If you transform your energies and try to reach the ultimate, we call this kriya yoga. That means internal action.

Kriya yoga - body-breaking sadhana,
Karma yoga - served so many people,
Gnana yoga - expounded so many philosophies,
Bhakti yoga - did so many poojas,

For spiritual balance their destiny is to experience the sensual enjoyments of life, to become grounded and to regain a sense of their own earthly substance.
In past lives, they developed a deep enjoyment of the spiritual/psychic senses. Now it is time to develop a deeper awareness of the five physical senses.
When they spend time giving themselves physical rewards and sensual pleasure, they won't need as much from others.
Situation with others that evoke insecurity will occur less frequently when these folks are consistently reinforcing a base of calm inside themselves.

Soul

my future partner, good to have.
Amen.
Everything is falling into place.

My lifetime challenge card
The Seven of Hearts
The Seven of Hearts indicates that whatever time this card appears could be marked by many challenges in love and feelings in your close relationships. The Seven of Hearts can manifest as betrayal by those we love. In any case, we will be tested to see just how attached we are to others being a certain way.

Seven, being a highly spiritual number, promises success in love if you try a new approach and adopt a more selfless or unattached attitude. If we can allow others to be who they are and not place so many demands upon them, we not only become more aware of their true personalities, but also we allow ourselves the freedom to be just who we are and experience just how it feels to be free of fear and attachment. Many high spiritual experiences have occurred while a seven was present.

Soul
I now know I am on the right track.
Loving myself the way I wanted to be loved.
Knowing others love language could be different from mine and stopped hoping that they change. Find a comon ground for loving expressions.
Letting others be themselves cos I let myself be me.
Such freedom.

Joseph Campbell - Follow your bliss

Dec 14 aft

http://www.rebellesociety.com/2012/11/09/joseph-campbell-on-the-art-of-being-alive/

Joseph Campbell
I asked Joseph Campbell one day, “Dear Sir, what should I do? I try and try and try to change my wasteland into an oasis, and all I get is a mirage. It looks like water, but it’s not. I’m thirsty, Joseph, damn it.”
He smiled with his eyes:
“The world without spirit is a wasteland. People have the notion of saving the world by shifting things around, changing the rules, and who’s on top, and so forth. No, no! Any world is a valid world if it’s alive. The thing to do is to bring life to it, and the only way to do that is to find in your own case where the life is and become alive yourself.”

Life is a funny lady. She tries to teach you things.
But you can only learn them by doing (or undoing).
“I don’t believe people are looking for the meaning of life as much as they are looking for the experience of being alive,” Campbell continues.
“I don’t know whether my consciousness is proper consciousness or not; I don’t know whether what I know of my being is my proper being or not; but I do know where my rapture is. So let me hang on to rapture, and that will bring me both my consciousness and my being.”
So dear You in Me in Him, Her, Them, dear Us, put this on your fridge, lest you forget. It’s your heart’s most urgent shopping list.
“Follow your bliss. If you do follow your bliss, you put yourself on a kind of track that has been there all the while waiting for you, and the life you ought to be living is the one you are living. I say, follow your bliss and don’t be afraid, and doors will open where you didn’t know they were going to be….Wherever you are—if you are following your bliss, you are enjoying that refreshment, that life within you, all the time.”

Soul
Love this.
Thats my quest now.
Just follow my bliss.
Only when I am blissful, I am contented. And when I am contented, nothing matters and I can give sincerely.
In another word, "only when my cup is overflow; the outward flow is natural phenomenon, not forced.

Joseph Campbell
But between soar and soaring, Joseph advises: “Find a place inside where there’s joy, and the joy will burn out the pain.”
And you’ll be home, no matter where you are.
And it’ll be a new day, everyday.

Soul
Thats my shrine and sadhana.
Thats keep me grounded, keep my joyful and contented.
Thats my home.

Father, ever since I stopped doing the plough back, I am able to feel grateful and blessed everyday. Instead of lamenting of what I don't have, I now feel grateful for what I have.

No wonder, i am attracted to mentally compatible partner.
For Z, he is a wheeler dealer.
For Y, he is more of idealistic philosopher..and so was R eons ago.

Father, truly half a century has past..now getting to know myself much better.
I have open up myself as who I am inward...
In the corporate world, I am known as a person who is into yoga and meditation...
I may then attract the right person..
Or at the very least will not attract the wrong person.
No more wrong person.

Savouring my day and feeling blessed

Dec 14

Woke up with heavy menses flow at 5.40 am, went to clean up and plan to sleep. Three months since the flow, so definitely a sign of premenopause. Mom said she stopped at age 48 and then a few years later came for half year and no more thereafter.
In another 6 months I be 48, yea..half century past.
Later, just took shower and did Bhuta Shuddi.
Followed by cat stretch, these days my right elbow is able to support my body. no longer relying so much on my left elbow. Truly can see improvement.
Did a short breathing meditation...and then it is for my Sunday walk.

Walk with mom for awhile, savouring her company. She is getting older, in mid seventies.
Will miss her if she goes..for now just want to enjoy her.
She and I truly good companion for each other.
The trees feels great and the grass looks so lovely and green..their shining coloour is just awesome.
Truly glad to be in the park, savouring the loveliness of nature.

Now at a cafe after shower. Enjoying my muffin and local black coffee..jus yummy.
I am satisfied.
Truly grateful that I can use my time whichever way I want.
If I am attached, then I will have to pander to others wishes...so a blessing that I am not attached.

Lovelanguage

Dec 12 eve
Did my test of the 5 lovelanguage test.

First heard of this from my ex-staff. She gave me the book for my birthday.

Your Scores of 5 lovelanguage
10    Physical Touch
8    Words of Affirmation
7    Quality Time
5    Acts of Service
0    Receiving Gifts

Physical Touch
A person whose primary language is Physical Touch is, not surprisingly, very touchy. Hugs, pats on the back, and thoughtful touches on the arm—they can all be ways to show excitement, concern, care, and love. Physical presence and accessibility are crucial, while neglect or abuse can be unforgivable and destructive. Appropriate and timely touches communicate warmth, safety, and love to you.

Soul
All true.
Now I know why I was so attached to Z's body experience.
Thats how I show my love..alas for Z's is gift.
But when he was with me, he was too poor to buy me anything.
And I was okay cos thats not how I receive love.
Guess thats why I stayed..I mistaken that his mode of lovelanguage is the same as mine.
And in the final breakup, he couldn't give me the quality time..thats when I exploded.
All the period of resentment comes up.
But no regret...we are not meant to be.

Finally see the source of criticism is insecurity

Dec 12 aft 2
The power of empathy
Criticisms can be well deserved, and when they hit the mark, they have much to teach us. But crucial comments can also be undeserved, unnecessary and manipulative. Sifting the wheat from the chaff is an important, challenging task.
If you find urself are often critical of others, use ur empathy to discover the source of ur insecurities. In my experience people who do a lot of criticising are often insecure; feeling unsteady and unprotected, they tend to lash out at others.
A tendency to be critical of self and/or others

Soul
That's how I recently see my brother. I saw that he needs to put me down unnecessarily just to bring himself up.
Mmm, wonder if P is like that too. She is definitely critical of many people.
As for me I m sensitive towards criticism cos my love language is  word affirmation.

The power of empathy
When u are convinced that a person is trustworthy and authentically cares about u, enter the rship wholeheartedly

Soul
No wonder I always get hurt by P.  I think affirmation words definitely not her love language cos she said tend to be direct with people close to her.
Wonder how she show love. Services, perhaps.
Mmm or maybe gifts. She truly show up when I went to Kailash. Gave me good advice and loaning me stuff for the trips. That's was loving of her.

Mmmm, guess we both at different end of love language.
No wonder while we both do respect each other but somehow tend to have conflict. Me feeling hurt and she tot I m drama.

The power of empathy
The ability to be alone is necessary condition for acceptance of ourselves and others. Not until we learn how to be comfortable alone with ourselves can we be comfortable with others.

Erich Fromm
If I am attached to another person because I cannot stand on my own feet, he or she may be a lifesaver, but the rship is not of love. Paradoxically, the ability to be alone is the condition for the ability to love.

Dec 19
Just received a message from P.
I now realised that she never see me as a friend. I can now let go of her too from my circle of close friends.
No more seeking her approval. No more seeking her validation.
No more hoping that she be 'nice'.
No more hoping that she will 'share' her experiences.
No more holding on to her for linkage to local Isha.
Now that I have let go of Local Isha..I can let go of her too.
No more...
Feel relieved, similar to the relief I felt when I let go of S.

Expressing myself in the corporate world

Dec 12 aft 1
Coming out, showing up, giving room to be myself

The power of empathy
The individual increasingly comes to feel that this locus of evaluation lies within himself. Less and less does he look to others for approval or disapproval; for standards to live by; for decisions and choices. He recognised that it rests within himself to choose; that the only question which matters is, "Am I living in a way which is deeply satisfying to me, and which truly expresses me?
This I think is perhaps the most important question for the creative individual.

Soul
Alas I am here.
Jsut now when I saw the team going for the pooja at the studio. I wanted to join..wish I was there.
This time I can be vulnerable and tell them.
I am truly coming out.
Coming out on the Isha in me; coming out on the sensitivity in me, coming out on the vulnerability in me.

Finally, the veil of privacy is lifted.

INFJ careers

Dec 12 aft
https://www.udemy.com/blog/infj-careers/

If, like INFJs, we look at the bigger picture, we can start to make accurate predictions about what types of careers they are best suited for.
INFJs are thoughtful, interested in deep meanings and other people’s feelings, driven to improve problems around them, excellent at interacting with people on an emotional level, natural – though hesitant – leaders, eager to learn and, generally, optimistic.

Service Oriented Careers
INFJs tend to be service oriented. They like helping other people (always a good thing). Many INFJs turn out to be excellent teachers, instructors, psychologists and health care professionals.
All of these careers allow INFJs to devote themselves for a sustained period of time to helping people. INFJs do not like moving around, either in careers or with the people they work with. So you can see how being a teacher, psychologist or health care professional would allow them to work with the same people for longer periods of time than, say, being a lawyer (although they can be very successful in law, too).

Where They Are Happiest: In service oriented professions, INFJs are able to start helping people from the beginning; with an illness, with a grade level at school, with mental issues, etc. In this way they are able to see these relationships through to the end. With teaching, this tends to almost always end well and, thus, is why INFJs are perhaps happiest in these roles.

Where They Are Most Satisfied: With illnesses and mental diseases, however, the benefits are different; because INFJs feel a deep desire to help people in the most profound way possible, they are perhaps more professionally satisfied in health care fields, but these careers take a more significant toll on them. They can not help but become emotionally attached to the people they treat; when these people die or when the help can only ease the pain but not cure it, INFJs suffer emotionally.

Soul
Health care not my thing.
Its true, I can be emotionally attached and with my sensitivity, I get drained.

Artistic Careers
Just like with service oriented careers, artistic careers allow INFJs to get more out of their work than just “having a job to do.” The deep thinking of INFJs causes them to need a creative outlet. Deep thoughts and strong emotions commonly translate to the arts.

Variety: As all INFJs are unique, there is no one artistic career they are best suited for. They can be writers, actors, designers, photographers, musicians, painters, architects, entrepreneurs, etc. (check out this great course on developing an entrepreneurial personality). These careers support the idea of holding onto your deepest convictions, as well as sticking with the same thing for the duration of your professional life. A musician, for example, can play the same instrument(s) indefinitely.

Two-For-One: Many INFJ artists also teach. This allows them to have their cake and eat it, too. They can be somewhat selfish and introverted with their personal ambitions, but they also feed their desire to help people by sharing this important part of their lives with their students. Many INFJs want to feel that their role is meaningful; thus, they are convinced (rightfully so, in my opinion) that the benefits of art are nearly infinite.

61 point meditation

Dec 12
body woke up fresh before 6.30 am. I dozed bit, feeling glad that I am blessed not to have to work today.

Sang guru pooja followed by cat stretch, getting stronger.
Sat a bit in meditation mode.
Then start my yogaasanas. I am now holding each posture to 20 times of slightly deep breathing. Also did the butterfly and baby rock preparation for the sit down body lift. Getting better.
During the 61 point Shukti meditation, immediately can feel my joints opening up. Can feel my Vishudi opening up and tear fall and then later my right shoulder joints.
I am now in love with 61 point, can literally feel the points opening up.
Surya Kriya was very good, body truly flexible after the yogaasanas.
Breathing meditation is fine too.
Shakti is quite good, singing towards the end.
Shambavi good too. After the butterfly, I can feel myself going into a meditative zone during baby rock. Truly something.
Father, Sadhguru truly works. I didn't realise how effective was the preparatory steps but now i know. Thanks to hata teacher who corrected my butterfly.
My Shambavi is now deepened.

My phelgm has stopped this few days.
Angamardhana seems to help in that too.

Defensiveness lead to self sabotage

Dec 11 eve

Today 2 counseling session with my team.

First one was similar to the one on being sensitive and I got it sorted out.

The second one was a surprise.
I had another session with my second in command as I received negative feedback on him from my boss. When I told him the feedback, he said he already knew that there be negative feedback when he sent the mail but he doesn’t care. He said he is frustrated that others can’t ignore deadline whereas he has to comply. He also said that he felt he is being ‘set up’ by the said colleague, J as he email-looped the bosses.
I was surprised as his defensiveness and shocked at his rationale for his response. I asked him why did he send out the ‘wrong mail’ when he knows the outcome will be ‘bad’. He said that he feel he has done his best to provide support and if the team is not appreciative, he doesn’t care. I said his reaction is now similar with his staff that he complained about of being defensive and not open to change. He said he agreed but at least he didn’t complain or voiced his frustration like his staff and instead he would just resign once he has reached his limit. He said he knows he a good cake and so he need not be bothered about the frosting. I told him that approach is his downfall.
Alas I now know how and where I can support him.

Alternative view of criticism

Dec 10

Not sure why but yesterday evening I cried when I did guru pooja.

Today had to go to office unexpectedly. Put my alarm at 5 am. Body was fine but just feel lazy cos normally rest day. In the end decided to sleep further to 6 am.
Woke up before alarm at 5.55 am.
Did Bhuta Shuddi followed by cat stretch.
Did one cycle of Surya Kriya, it was good. I can now know whether my feel is in alignment or not.
Shakti was good as Kapala Bhakti's breathing have improved. Was singing and dancing towards the end.
Shambavi was good. Wish I can sit longer in silent contentment.

Feeling blessed that I have the option to work half day today and tomorrow second half day. Will do asanas tomorrow.

Afternoon
A feeling of contentment is now with me. A sense of grounding.
It has started since the day I stopped doing plough back after Practices.

The power of empathy
The acceptance of each fluctuating aspect of the other person make it for him a rship of warmth and safety, and safety of being liked and prized as a person seems a highly important element in a helping rship.

1. We accept ourselves with all our contradictions and complications.
2. Self acceptance leads to the second stage, in which we learn to accept others with all their contradictions and complications.
3. We accept the inevitable contradictions and complications that arise in every human rship when two complicated, contradictory people meet.

Scenario
Glenn, a concert pianist told me that he could not accept making one mistake when he went on tour. With empathy guiding the way, we talked about his father who was always putting down other people (most notably his son) in the ill-fated attempt to elevate himself.
When Glenn accepted his father as "not okay" (imperfect, critical and insecure), he could admit that he was also "not okay".  Viewing his insecurities as somehow normal and an everyday part of growing up with an excessively critical, insecure father, he could accept himself as perfectly human, which really meant that he was "not okay" but that was okay.

Perhaps the deepest level of acceptance we discover in life is the wholehearted embracing of both the joy and the suffering that inevitably arise in close rships.

Soul
That's how I just saw my brother. He used to put me down so much when I was a child.
Just that day he told me how I should approach the flow of food; which I follow.  To my surprise he needed to inform others how good he was, how I followed him. I told him that "little thing" also he need to get credit to feel proud.

Going inward gives fulfillment

Dec 9 eve
The secrets of yoga
When u are no longer bridged with the world, suddenly u start falling in.
And when u go on falling in and in and in, there comes the last point beyond which there is no go, the Kaivalya: u have become alone.
U don't need the constant effort of filling urself with something or the other.
Now u are in tune with ur emptiness and because of ur tuning in with the emptiness, the very emptiness has become a fullness, an infinity, a fulfillment, a fruition of being.

Soul
I like this.
I still hanker for my partner.
Fluctuating tots still arise, albeit much lesser since the arrival  of Sannidhi

Humility in empathy

Dec 9

Woke up feeling good. Body not as fresh as yesterday but still better than usual. Alarm now set at 3.50 am.

Did Bhuta Shuddi followed by Angamardhana. Hero posture is good. But body not as tired as yesterday.
Also did one cycle of Surya Kriya, alignment is good and bending postures good too after Angamardhana.
Breathing meditation is fine.
Shakti is quite okay. Shambavi too.
After 6 weeks I am finally back.

The power of empathy
We can only give back to the world what we have taken in; realising how much we have taken back gives us the humility needed to give back in full measures.

Humility is that place at the core of our being where we can settle into ourselves and find a point of rest. From this vantage point, we can see that we are not the center of the universe but a small, insignificant part, and that realisation is the ultimate freeing. Seeing ourselves within the vast sphere of living things, we understand our relative insignificance. And that realisation releases us from the desire to be the best, the brightest, the richest, or the most beautiful and let's us settle into the humble truth of who we are.
Paradoxically, that middle position also releases us from the fear that we may be the worst, the dumbest, the poorest or the plainest person on earth. Humility puts us right smack dab in the middle, where we are forced to admit that we are not so great and pleased to add that we're not so bad either.

Understanding urself - and even more important, feeling secure within that understanding - u will be motivated to reach out to others.

Soul
Mmm.

I am back with Angamardhana

Dec 8

Woke up body totally fresh. I am finally back after 6 weeks without Angamardhana.

Did Bhuta Shuddi followed by cat stretch.
Did Angamardhana, bit stiff especially the standing bending forward postures.
Squatting postures was quite good considering 6 weeks of non practice. Glad I went back for a guided session.
Sitting was good. M surprised the Hero posture comes with barely any pain.
No time to do Surya Kriya cos took longer in Angamardhana due to long break. And feeling much tired out.
Only have time for short breathing meditation.
Shakti was good. Kapala Bhakti was good. Singing and dancing at the end.
Shambavi was good too. Laughing a bit and sit in silent contentment.
Yesterday Yogaasanas are good. Crying and laughing, broke some karma.

Mind churning with ideas for local hata yoga. But it will take me going public with Hata, facing rejection and etc with my corporate acquaintance.

The former teacher is right. I m truly black or white, no in between. Either I want or don't want. When I want, I go all the way.
Just as me keeping my yoga life private from family, friends and colleagues for years and now I open up and want to open to all.

Angamardhana
Anga” means “Limbs/body parts/organs” and “Mardhana” means “to gain mastery/control over”. In other words, Angamardhana means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs and other parts of the body.
Angamardhana is a system rooted in yoga that offers to everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body to reach peak physical and mental health. True to its name, this practice revitalizes the body on all levels including the muscles, blood circulation, skeletal structure, nervous system, and the basic energy system.
It strengthens the spine, builds physical strength, fitness and tenacity, taking years off the body.
In terms of health, it creates aerobic exercise and muscle tone, without bringing rigidity into the body-without you becoming like a toad.
Physical health does not mean toning up muscle and aerobic exercise only, there is organ health that needs to be taken care of.
Angamardhana strengthens one’s organs. It is a possibility to merge the body and mind in such a way that there is no distinction. Your body itself thinks, and more clearly and surely than the mind.

Osho tarot - ice-olation (tears)

Dec 7

It is end of the week, just checking my Osho tarot and saw this.
While I still do the weekly cards, I no longer print them. Hence most of the time don't refer till end of the week.

5. Resolution

In our society, men in particular have been taught not to cry, to put a brave face on things when they get hurt and not show that they are in pain. But women can fall into this trap too, and all of us at one time or another might feel that the only way to survive is to close off our feelings and emotions so we can't be hurt again. If our pain is particularly deep, we might even try to hide it from ourselves. This can make us frozen, rigid, because deep down we know that one small break in the ice will free the hurt to start circulating through us again. The rainbow-colored tears on this person's face hold the key to breaking out of this 'ice-olation'. The tears, and only the tears, have the power to melt the ice. It's okay to cry, and there is no reason to feel ashamed of your tears. Crying helps us to let go of pain, allows us to be gentle with ourselves, and finally helps us to heal

Soul
Coincidentally I cried so much during last Friday's Sannidhi pooja.
Yesterday full moon pooja at the Yoga studio is good too.
Today clean up Linga Gudi, Pooja sets and Bhuta Shuddi.
Put on the Devi's cd for Linga.
Nice energy.
She all cleaned up in her glory.

Awesome sannidhi pooja when full moon is near

Dec 5 eve

Today had an outing with an old friend. Sometimes I can be a bit irritated at times with her but today I find myself so calm. So accepting..must be the grounding effect by stopping the plough back.

Today sannidhi pooja. I knew I wasn't looking forward cos I just woke up from afternoon nap. But I did it cos sannidhi needs it, my commitment.
Start the pooja and I was fine. When the song started I cried quite heavily. It was unexpected. Then I cry again a few times during Brahmananda.
I recalled I cried for all my fears.
Cried why I now afraid during swimming. A answer come, chant Brahmanda in the pool.

Later I cried when I sang guru pooja. Cried from first phrase. Then suddenly need to say grace to Linga Bhairavi and I sang 3 cycle of Struthi; cried again. Loads of crying. With Linga I cried for my fears, a moment tot of miss Z, but it wasn't so. I just missed having my partner.

Guess tomorrow full moon, hence today energy getting bigger.  Yesterday the studio energy was also big.

For the last two days my finger joints are bit painful. The left thumb lower is now swelling. Can't do proper mudra.

For the first time in years the pool now become a scary place instead of blissful place.

Sadhguru on breathe during asanas

Dec 5
Sadhguru on breathe.

Your mind and emotions need a single object to focus on. If both of them stay with the same object, you are at maximum ease. If your body goes in one direction, your mind goes in another, and your emotions go in yet another direction, you will be struggling.
Let’s say you have a job that you are very involved with, a family at home, and an affair on the side, you will be in a lot of mess – never at ease. Only if your body, mind, and emotions are focused in one direction, you will be at total ease.
If you constantly stay with your breath, if you really travel with it, one day, you will understand where you and your body are linked. Once you know this, you can hold your body at a distance, and all your trouble and suffering will be over. All the trouble and suffering in your life arise from your body and your mind. If you can hold your body and your mind at a distance to yourself, this is the end of suffering. And only when there is no fear of suffering, a human being will dare to explore his life at full stride.

So, being with the breath is very important. One thing is your mind has a steady companion to stay with. Anyone may leave you, but your breath will not leave you until you die. And another thing is it will transport you to a place where you and your body are linked. If you don’t want your life to be determined by multiple factors of compulsiveness, if you want to do or undo your life by choice, it is important to know this place.

The only way out is to go through our feelings

Dec 4

A Good one.

From faebook
http://fractalenlightenment.com/32871/life/energetic-blockages-and-transmuting-fear-back-into-love

We are conditioned to want to take the easy way out, and as a result may depend on the work of an energy worker to just “take it all away”, so that we do not have to deal with it. However, most of the dissolving of blockages involves actually FEELING our way through them.

This means that we are forced to feel our stuffed down emotions in order to move through them. It is only when the energy of the emotions have been felt to completion that they will be properly transmuted back into love. Also, it is important to not judge ourselves because of the blockages. No one is exempt from them and we are all on our own spiritual journey back to “wholeness” or higher vibration, so just because we have a blockage or a hundred blockages does not mean one is any less of a person than another.

“There is more wisdom in your body, than in your deepest philosophies.” –Friedrich Nietzche

The fact of the matter is, you are already whole and perfect. It is only your thoughts and beliefs and judgment of your emotions that has you believing otherwise and thereby has formed blockages in your energy field.

Thankfully, our bodies are highly intelligent machines and if we pay very close attention to our aches and pains, and where we are holding on to emotional hurts, our bodies will reveal to us where we need to be aware of something. As long as we continuously bring more awareness and presence into our being we will be well on our way to transmuting the denser and more fearful energies back into love and light.

Soul
Perhaps that's why hata yoga is good for me or rather I m receptive towards it due to my blocked energy, RA.

The power of empathy
Honesty is empathy's life blood, its oxygen, its living breathe. We can't relate to others in a meaningful way if we can't be truthful with them.
To know oneself, we must first be honest with ourselves. We also need to perceive those around us honestly.

Seven of Diamonds - harmony and justice for both parties

Dec 3 aft

Spiritual astrology by Jan Spiller
Solar and Lunar in opposites
You are learning from the people you teach. Your major avenue from growth evolves from the intensity of your relationship with those around you. As u work with others on a one to one basis, the people you support also provides the support you are seeking in your own life. Mutual growth occurs through this process of reciprocity.

The abstract goal of humankind are not your concern. Your challenge is in finding out how to relate to those around you in a way that produces harmony and justice for both parties.  (Win Win relationships)

Extending your identity to include others give you a greater sense of self-completion. The self, as developed in prior incarnations is now ready for another major growth step, and input from the energy of other people is necessary.
You are learning to accept the support and assistance of others in gaining awareness of what you need to complete your own development. This requires humility and grace because you must change personal patterns that separate you from those around you and allow, even invite, them to facilitate in your growth process. As you become more open to this assistance, you find that the other person also gains self-awareness.
You are seeking the balance of self importance in this lifetime by recognising that all things are of equal importance.

Soul
so true..I learned my issue with P when I helped M and Za in the office.
Za was a replica of me, a sensitive person who viewed criticism as an unloving behavouior.

Learning to acknowledge my sensitivity and express my feeling lead to real harmony and fairness to both parties.
