Me learning to express myself

Mmm, just received a slightly agitated call from P. As usual, when there are requests from the other party, she starts to think there are miscomm or other ongoing comm which she is not aware. So glad that for this I leave her to it. So no confusion.

Father, the old me would have reacted. The new me see this response as just her. The old me would have immediately took it personally but now nope.

Just having the empathy and remember that she doesn't like uncertainty and hence reacted anxiously.

Then mind start to react, wondering if I need to promote this under Local ISHA.

For the first time informed P that she tend to jump to conclusion that error or confusion was caused by me.

I don't really enjoy working for her or with her. But she is a good worker.
It just occur to me, she too doesn't enjoy working with me. With former teacher, I too reacted out whenever she criticises me.

She replied she said I better don't represent Local Isha as she also find the drama exhausting.
So we agreed not to work with each other.
She too felt freed I was out from local Isha and want me to stay out. Anyway, can't have two leads in the same space.
I am out of local Isha and will stay out.
