Nov 28
Today woke up feeling bit tired despite nearly 7 hours of sleep.
Then I knew cos it was the session with corporate hata yoga.
Father, I am truly an INFJ, can't keep up the show, nor the excitement. Tomorrow volunteering..to help them out.
Decide to doze a bit since I can only do Bhuta Shuddhi in the evening. According to teacher, morning should be before 6.30 am, before sunrise..so guess evening should be after 6.30 pm, after sun set.
On my off days, I have been doing around 7.20 to 7.30 am, guess need to adjust. This is fine cos Wed and Fri can do Bhuta Shuddi after Sannidhi pooja.
Did cat stretch, so nice can do 10 minutes for 3 cycles.
Go into deep meditation after cat stretch, deep in for 10 minutes. So cat stretch need 10 minutes..no wonder longer at Shambavi now.
Did 3 cycles of Surya Kriya, now timed at 11 minutes per cycle. It was good; stronger at mountain pose; thanks to corrected cat stretch.
Continued with 20 minutes of breathing.
Then did Shakti..improved vs yesterday but still not able to catch hold of Kapala Bhakti and also wondering tots. Was singing non stop at the end.
Shambavi was good,..sitting in silent contentment at the end.
Today card in Saturn.
My Daily Card
The Seven of Hearts
The Seven of Hearts indicates that whatever time this card appears could be marked by many challenges in love and feelings in your close relationships. The Seven of Hearts can manifest as betrayal by those we love. In any case, we will be tested to see just how attached we are to others being a certain way.
Seven, being a highly spiritual number, promises success in love if you try a new approach and adopt a more selfless or unattached attitude. If we can allow others to be who they are and not place so many demands upon them, we not only become more aware of their true personalities, but also we allow ourselves the freedom to be just who we are and experience just how it feels to be free of fear and attachment. Many high spiritual experiences have occurred while a seven was present.

“The world without spirit is a wasteland. People have the notion of saving the world by shifting things around, changing the rules, and who’s on top, and so forth. No, no! Any world is a valid world if it’s alive. The thing to do is to bring life to it, and the only way to do that is to find in your own case where the life is and become alive yourself.”
Follow your bliss"[edit]
One of Campbell's most identifiable, most quoted and arguably most misunderstood sayings was his admonition to "follow your bliss". He derived this idea from the Upanishads:
Now, I came to this idea of bliss because in Sanskrit, which is the great spiritual language of the world, there are three terms that represent the brink, the jumping-off place to the ocean of transcendence: Sat-Chit-Ananda. The word "Sat" means being. "Chit" means consciousness. "Ananda" means bliss or rapture. I thought, "I don't know whether my consciousness is proper consciousness or not; I don't know whether what I know of my being is my proper being or not; but I do know where my rapture is. So let me hang on to rapture, and that will bring me both my consciousness and my being." I think it worked.[54]
He saw this not merely as a mantra, but as a helpful guide to the individual along the hero journey that each of us walks through life:
If you follow your bliss, you put yourself on a kind of track that has been there all the while, waiting for you, and the life that you ought to be living is the one you are living. Wherever you are—if you are following your bliss, you are enjoying that refreshment, that life within you, all the time.[55]
Soul
Don't know yet, but I am just following my bliss. Following my happiness and it lies in sadhana and my shrine, my ashram. Thats all that I know for now.
