Benefits of Angamardhana

Nov 30

Woke up at 5 plus am.
Slept back and tot wait for alarm at 6.30 am.
When I woke up from the sunlight, it was 7.05 am.
Checked my phone and noticed that the alarm is not switched on.

Walked in the park. Feels good, the grass and leaves looked so green.
As I walked in the park, tot of yesterday program; of how a quick session of Hata Yoga brings about transformative difference.
Those with initial resistance, just melt away.
Truly feel fulfilled in organising the event.
Motivated to organise more.
Next round will be the media.
Tot of sharing in next Sathsang, asking others to promote too.
Truly opening up myself, coming out in the open for Isha in the corporate.

Finally realised that it was Angamardhana that energise me.
Fat or cellulite coming back after one month of not doing Angamardhana and lymph massage are painful once more.
Time to get back to Angamardhana next week.
My back, lower spine is nearly healed.

This one month of back pain has given me two insights
1) cannot do plough back on its own as it caused my energy to be disjointed
2) Angamardhana not onlye helps my fitness, it helps my lymph nodes, it helps in discharge of toxic (easier to pass motion), it reduces my cellulite and facilitate blood flow.

One month without Angamardhana, more joints problem arise.
My left foot joints is not good.
Glad I had a walk, releases it. But didn't do the staircase as that may aggravate it.
