Woke up fresh at 4 am, eventhough slept around 11 pm.
The 20 odd minutes spent sitting with the shrine before sleep was good. Head shaking non stop.
Can see body has expanded especially the thigh without Angamardhana. Water retention also increased.
These last two weeks
Did Bhuta Shuddi followed by cat stretch with nice deep breathe.
Three cycle of Surya kriya was good but feet alignment bit out.
Breathing meditation was nice.
Shakti was bit painful, can't sit the whole session. Had to take one rest, must be due to the increased weight on thigh.
Now I know why I was able to sit whole session. Only started to do so after a few months of Angamardhana and with arrival of Sannidhi. Looks like another reason why I need to start Angarmadhana by this Saturday.
Angamardhana is needed for my health.
Shambavi was good. Sat longer in silent contentment. Feeling so at ease, didn't want to wake up.
