Fear of swimming is back

Woke up around 6 am. Slept back cos not time yet. Went into a dream and woke up by alarm. Didn't jump out of bed, just taking my time. Took 5 minutes.

Did Bhuta Shuddi followed by cat stretch. Not normal but deep breathe cos nose is blocked. After cat stretch nose better.
Breathing was good. Wish I can do longer.
Shakti was good cos got back my slow rhythm for Kapala Bhakti.
Shambavi was good especially Cat stretch. Able to do normal breathing and hold much longer.

Went to the pool
Fear of the pool is truly Back. Couldn't even do breast stroke. Had to go back to free style. Can't even do whole lap, got to stop intermittently.
