Something in me struggling to go beyond the physical

Life and death in one breathe
If you simply sit here with me, just the presence of what is here, suddenly something is struggling to go beyond the physical. That makes some people noisy, some people very mobile, like mopping machine on the floor. Different expressions, but essentially what is happening is that something beyond the physical does not like the physical limitations.
But even for this to happen, I want you to understand, it happened with outside help. Otherwise this life would have gone on, without ever knowing anything like that. 
Just ideas and stories. Ideas and stories are not transformation; they just create a dream and a dream is more real than reality

Amen. Thanks for leading Sadhguru to me. I used to wonder what's my transformation. Looks like I have actually experienced it.
Something beyond physical in me has been activated since Shambavi initiation.
I have experienced the bodily movement, emotional expression and singing and laughing and clapping. And nowadays breathe hissing. Something in me coming out.
Sadhguru's sannidhi will further pave the way.

Asking for outside help, or even if it comes unasked, to allow outside help, needs a certain gratefulness and humility.
Otherwise u cannot allow outside help. Lots of people cannot receive something gracefully.

Not a cultivated gratitude; people have always told you the three magic words - one of them is "Thank you".
Gratitude happens to you when u are overwhelmed by something or someone.
