U r awaken to a new and higher way of thinking that will be better than u have imagined. It denotes a time when powerful spiritual experiences occurring, such as universal consciousness, and it also indicates the success of any endeavours that involve spreading higher truth to the world.

The Queen of Spade is a powerful card and u r indeed asking for a lot. Self mastery comes from inner knowledge and self control. It comes from controlling one's thoughts, attitudes, beliefs, words and actions guided by higher principles. It is knowing that u can have everything u want, not by changing the world, but by changing urself.
It can be drudgery and hard labour.
Spades are work and the Queen uses her work as Karma Yoga, a tool to purify her tots and emotions.
This is a goal that u have set for yourself and u must have good reasons for why u want this.
Keep these reasons uppermost in ur mind as u progresses throught out ur life. You no doubt will have to make some changes within and outside of yourself to achieve this goal and it will not be easy.

Affirmation
I develop my capacity to transform my life by changing my beliefs, ideas and concepts of the world. I become the master of my self.

Results (someone important that is part of this goal or areas of ur life that u desire to be more internally masterful about)
Jack of Club (success using mental creativity, initiation into higher thought or spiritual knowledge)
You will achieve much more creativity and success in a mental field. This could mean success as a writer of some kind.
In the process, u may be transformed by exposure to new forms of communication or information that advances ur thinking into the current age of advanced technology. Be prepared to move ahead into unexplored area of knowledge.
This card is also a powerful indicator that you could end up with some younger man of the Club. Whether this be a friend, lover or family member, there is a strong indicator that the two of u will be joined in some meaningful way.

You could experience some amount of financial limitation, whether real or imagined. A desire for more on the material plane could motivate u into new enterprises or it could just be prove to be a nagging feeling of not having enough.

I like this. I too have unnecessarily selected my own set-back. Created so much resistance towards my destiny. I now admit that I can be a pessimist. This is such a paradox cos I always tot I am a positive person. Mostly able to see the good in most things.
