Focus on my path (3)

Sept 22 Aft

Father, I finally confronted GM and told her that I don't like that she called me everytime to check out my conversation with CEO. She sort of denied by saying she only asked if anything relate to her due to the circumstances. I was cordial also and infact told her that her position is secure. Since CEO also wants her and she is staying. Both should work on growing the rship. Anyway, she rebutted me from talking further and says that she is secure, she knows her strength and weakness and from now on she would treat her as CEO as boss and she is an e'yee, to be maintained professional. Now can see what CEO meant, GM always act as if she knows best. Anyway, planetary is King of Spade. Besides it is real similar to Ex-PA. They don't listen to their own advice.

Anyway, m glad that's out of the way. And also told her my concern for revenue and etc.

True Self
We need to get out of our own way. Life is usually not even half as hard as we make it out to be. Most of our suffering is self-created.
When we are triggered by others, we own the triggers and see what parts of ourselves remain unhealed and in need of love and acceptance.
We take the small steps necessary to develop our gifts and to share them with others.
We take reasonable risks, learn from our mistakes and hone our skills so that we can be successful in the world.

Obstacle

1. We feel Special or Make Others Special
When we compare ourselves to others and believe that our gift is not as good as, or that it is better than others. Either way, make it difficult for us to give it successfuly.
We learn to accept our gifts gratefully and give it in a natural and spontaneous way. We don't minimise or exaggerate our talents and abilities. We realise that everyone is special or no one is special. But nobody more special than anyone else. Our ego cannot give the gift. Only our True Self can give the gift.

2. We try to skip steps
Ego tries to take charge of our gift and make it go faster that it should. We don't take time to practice. We forget that being good at anything requires patience and persistence. Without learning these skills, we cannot reach our goal. When we are skillful and confident, we can take the world by storm, but not until then.

For some of us, its not going out at all. Fear holds us back. The obstacles to the journey seem much larger than they are. So we procrastinate. We cannot even take the first step. We can take little steps and don't have to put unnecessary pressure on ourselves.

3. We cling to security or remain co-dependent.
It takes courage and determination to become self-reliant when we r used to depending on others. But we need to push through the initial terror. We need to know that our lives will not fall apart even if we made a mistake or a wrong move.

We cannot hold onto the False Self and claim the True Self at the same time. We have to let one go and embrace the other. If we hold onto the limitations of the past, we will recreate the past. If we let the past go, we can step into a new and different future.
Those who hang onto their security only have the shadow of a life.
They do not live joyfully or passionately. How could they? Their lives doesn't belong to them.

Soul
Reading this reminds me of my destiny as a Transformational Leader. My work doesn't define me. So, mistake made and now to be addressed. M priceless.
