Father, now in Chennai. Thanks for giving me the big book by Ken Follett at 25 dollars only. I also got the book for D. And now, I found the restaurant. Food doesn't look good but at least I have a nice and cosy place to rest. Pricey but I can afford it and I have a nice resting place.
Father, I think I overdid with reading the fiction and now left shoulder is pain and I think tomorrow will be bad. Will take 1 day to recover. Had to read cos need to kill time. Really didn't want to go thru such 10 hours in the airport. Why did the flight always arrive around 45 min earlier, I think perhaps to avoid people taking other connecting flight.
When I arrive here, I tot why am I here? Is not as if the samyama can transform me. And here I go again to pay the 'price' of coming here. Then a tot came, go with the flow. I have no conscious plan at all to come and infact consciously don't plan to come and here I am. Just fall into it.

Worth - on the virtue of worthlessness
Don't be bothered too much about utilitarian ends. Rather, constantly remember that u r not here in life to become a commodity. U r here to become more and more alive; more and more happy. Then more and more people can share ur happiness.

Remain unknown, don't try to be first, don't be competitive, don't try to prove ur worth. Remain useless and enjoy. Life is to enjoy and celebrate; it should be like a poetry, a song, a dance.

Yea. So what if I cannot materialise my destiny. I just focus on being more and more contented, more and more joyful and continue to do my writing.

2. External influence u r aware
Failure - the open secret of success.
Drop the choice and u r free everywhere - freedom can only be in choicelessness. The wave of in the ocean never thinks of itself as separate, so wherever the ocean is taking her, she is willingly, joyously moving in that direction.
There is no private goal to be attained by you. You flow with God. God's goal is ur goal, his destiny is ur destiny. Forget abt ur private destiny.
Failure means u-minus-God. Succes is equal to u-plus-God

Exactly. I don't know why I am in this samyama refresher. But everything just flow here, I can't say no to Samyama refresher cos everything just fall in place.
I am not even expecting any outcome. U want me to do, I do.

3. Inner influences u r unaware
The journey - even if u have broken ur vow a thousand times.
Become religious out of joy, out of the experience of beauty that surrounds u, out of the immense gift of life that God has given to u. Become religious out of thankfulness.

4. Direction of growth - new understanding
Ego - the woman and the river crossing.
Never fight with greed, ego, jealousy, hatred .... U cannot kill them, u cannot crush them. All u can do is just to be aware of them ... And the moment u r aware, they are gone. In the light, the darkness simply disappears.

5. Key to integration
No mind - the ultimate and the inexpressible.
The state of no-mind is the state of the divine. God is not a tot but the experience of totlessness
When the consciousness is not going out to any object, when there is nothing to see, nothing to think, just emptiness all around, then one falls upon oneself. There is nowhere to go .. One relaxes into one's source and the source is God.
