Father, today a new beginning for me. For the first time in 2 years, I joined the fellow meditators for after sathsang dinner. I used to thought it was the food, but now I knew its becos I just want to be alone, don't want people to know me. Anyway, am opening up.

Negative attitudes, worry and pessimism can affect ur health. In some cases, scandal and backbitting are involved.
A positive attitude, patience and mental discipline are a MUST in order to maintain ur well-being.
Spiritual and mental discipline is the key to mastering not only yourself, but any problems on the external level.

For years, I have fight against this. Ever since I was a child, I told myself I don't want to nurture and help cos I see my mom always getting the losing end. And for years, I am always attracting situations/people that I am required to help that makes me feel resentful at God cos he ignore my wishes and hence he didn't love me.

And when I did the Soul Sister, drawing a pix of mandala sun, covered with a black veil. I had an insight that I am attracting all these situations/people for me to help cos it is to fulfill my destiny. And my resentment is gone. Now reading this, looks like I should even be appreciative of them. They will lead me to my spiritual unfoldment and meeting my destiny with great financial success.

I am now receiving payback I
1. In my jobs. Its effortless now as I have paid my dues in the last 19 years
2. In my body. I got RA cos I was disconnected with my body. But m glad to say that I now do yoga, swim and walking for 7 days. I am the healthiest I have ever been despite having RA.
3. In my emotion. In my fear, I have created a strategy of control. I have suppressed my emotion and now even cannot feel myself as a Woman. Since I am asexual, no wonder guys are not attracted to me per se. I want to connect and freed the woman in me, which I suppressed when it first start to bloom when I was 10 years old. Father, my wish for samyama is just to let me be a woman that I am.
4. Spiritual. Thru 11 years of inner reflection, I was able to effortless meditate and now 2 years later, I have come to my Self. I am ready to fulfill my Destiny.
