Suffering is blessing (6)

Sept 27

Surka Kriya is balancing the masculine and feminine energy. Surka Kriya is what I dislike to do. Now I know why to do it.
It is only when we r balanced, that we r not restless.

M glad that my right elbow is less painful. Suria was effortless and I was focused. Samyama not so great but Shambavi was fine.

Will do surka kriya tonite.

Just now did the summary to tie up all the article. At first tot the article to be longer. Then a tot came, our msg is short and direct, that's me. Whenever I read books, I jus wan the core msg and would skip the trippings. So, just let it be, this is me.
I even finished my profile. The thing is writing is effortless to me.

True Self
When we face our fears, love and freedom are no longer at odds. They are, indeed, inextricably related. For love must be free or it is not unconditional.

All of us contract in fear and grow walls in our hearts when we have been hurt. There is a scared little horsie in all of us who pushes love away or runs away from it. We aren't going to change that.

But we need to make friends with that little horsie. We need to establish a bond of trust, so that the horsie learns to stand his ground and ask for the love he wants. The amazing thing is that when he walks through his fear and makes his request in ernest, the love comes pouring through. The scared little horsie can have what he wants. He just has to move through his fear of rejection. He just have to take down the wall in his heart.

We learn to accept all the aspects of ourselves so that we can experience our wholeness and that of others.

Soul
When I see the pix of horse. Somehow I see both the beauty and sadness. Part of him is afraid, but another part is strength.

True Self
The wound is a tool of consciousness. It forces us to experience separation from self, from others and ultimately from our Source. Once we have experienced that separation, one of two things will happen. Either we will get depressed and give up or we will be determined to find connection. Often, it starts as the former and progresses to the latter. The moment when it shifts is usually a spiritual awakening
experience.
Yes, we are the ones who gives meaning to our lives, because we cannot accept the possibility that they could be without meaning. We cannot accept the possibility that the wound exists only to make us suffer. So, the question is what do u do with the wound? Can u heal itor will u pass it on?

Soul
Yeap, suffering is blessing.
