Truth and Now is the same - accept your experience

Father, since I slept about 2 am, I woke up at 6.10 am to do my practice. I left out yoga cos no time. I want to just enjoy my practices. No more to be top. I want to be in my experience. I felt better. Even for the Isha matters, now that I know and have informed that I don't want the lead role, I felt better and contribute willingly. Father, I won't force myself anymore.

This is a year when ur own personal satisfaction in love matters will assume a greater importance in ur life. Just what will best satisfy ur yearning for affection will come into focus. U also have a restlessness on the emotional level, one probably due to some dissatisfaction with ur current emotional environment.
This year marks the beginning of a new way of loving yourself. Our relationships always reflect how we love ourselves, so expect some new experiences.
U will probably need more time to urself to sort out ur feelings, inner drives and motivation. Self-expression can play a key role in allowing u to find the answers u seek from inside.

Soul without Shame
Consciously choosing to be still and not do anything outwardly (or inwardly) is the practice at the heart of this experiential sitting. Sustaining the practice will activate ur will to support simply being and not doing.

It is valuable to do sitting practice many times, even daily for it will strengthen ur ability to be quiet inside and not be swayed by the various kinds of energy u encounter inside and outside urself.

The moment we say "no" to our experience, we are using false will. True will is simple letting go of the false will that wants to take our experience somewhere else.

So, when we are willing to be completely in the moment, we have a better chance of seeing what is actually there, what is actually happening. If we are saying, "No, I don't want this, I want it to be different," that blocks the experience and gives us less chance of seeing the truth clearly. So, when true will is operating, it enhances our awareness of what is there. It allows us to have a more complete and full perception. Only when we have this complete perception can we truly understand what is there.

As a result of contending with ur Pluto, is the element of developing a strong will power and determination that can help u overcome any obstacles in ur path.

Affirmation
I create success in all areas of my life. I develop the will power to overcome all problems.

Soul
This is about showing up my True Will. Also, I now have clearer understanding. Suddenly tot of Ekhart Tolle, don't resist the Now. When we ignore or suppress our inner experience and prevent them from showing up, we r not in the Now.

Spirituality is finding the Truth and it is said the Truth is in us. So, if we ignore or suppress our inner experience, we are closing out Truth. That is what Sadhguru meant by true perception. And he said there is no moral lesson, just be. Of course, the ending is just true compassion but before that we need to let the door open, let break the shell, let the fluids flow out, then the jewel within can shine.

When I reach my car, I felt an overwhelming feeling and tear start to brim and later exploding into laughter. I was so happy as I finally see it. Truth and Now is the same, being present means don't avoid our experience, especially the inner ones. Cos once hidden it will be projected outward and finally it will explode. Amen.
